Hi on Uk gov website as well on offer letter it says your bank statement should be dated within one month of your CAS & Visa application. Can you please make video on this? Because we provide bank statements of till date the day we apply for CAs and it takes time to get CAs and apply visa by then the bank statement is already above 35-40 days old.

Hi Prakriti, most of the houses we are seeing on rightmove are showing as unfurnished.. how did you guys overcome this? we are a Mumbai couple coming to Worcester on 22 Aug. Would love to hear your opinion.

Hey, if you are looking for furnished accommodation, use the filter to show only the furnished properties.
Of course, you also have the options to furnish it yourself!

Do you also face this proble ....they ask you for local guardians ?
We had paid six months rent in advance, so we did not require a guarantor. But it is common here to ask for one, specially for students.
