Half Life: Blue Shift Teleport Comparison, original game vs Black Mesa mod

I thought it was interesting to compare these two teleport sequences, technically the same scene, but made 21 years apart. The difference is fantastic, I love that you can tell the new one has the same basic structure as the old one, just way more detailed.
Black Mesa: Blue Shift is a free mod for the game Black Mesa, and is available from the Steam Workshop. This is the last scene currently finished, they expect to have the next chapter (5 out of 9) released sometime summer 2024. I would not be surprised if things get updated a bit, and this sequence looks a bit different then.

From what I understand, they have expanded the Zen chapters much like the Black Mesa team did, so there are going to be 5 additional chapters made, so it might still be some time before we see it finished. But they were hoping to at least release chapter 5 this summer.

Focal Point is the only Xen chapter, there aren't additional chapters on Xen like Black Mesa has. Once FP is released, there will only be one more release date as Power Struggle and A Leap of Faith will be released together
