The most hardest thing to do is to top frag without baiting your team. If you die peeking, you get flamed. If you go solo and die, you get flamed. Only when you can do both and get kills would you be able to top frag without baiting

this is true, I was focusing too much on top fragging and I can't get out of bronze. I changed my mindset to doing my job for the team and a week later I got silver 3 XD

Honestly Iâm kinda new to the game but being my first fps game on PC, itâs rly hard to do aim training. I donât even wanna top frag, I just wanna win my 1v1s and aim duels. Itâs easier playing a sentinel since I can watch flank effectively, and as KJ I have a turret to swing off of. Other than that most of my kills come from trading my duelists. Pretty much every round consists of me holding flank/lurks while my team works through choke points, then as soon as they blind/dash I usually can trade them. After that I just set up a turret and molly spike/entrances. Itâs not the most honorable way to play but it gets the job done. My main problem comes with aim duels without util. I CAN hold angles REALLY well with a vandal tho
Killjoy is the least toxic character because you can bait you turret instead of your team mates đ€

that first part couldnt be more true. the amount of times where i clear site, maybe get 1 or 2 picks then die meanwhile my team sits back and tries their hardest to bait one another for that juicy mvp is so cringey. one of the main reasons i never liked playing ranked for a while. Think the worst type of players are the jetts who like lurk, leaving the team then they will get 2-3 freebie kills that contribute nothing to winning the round then cry they are top frag while we are losing. being a lurk is fine but my god dont sit back and wait for the other team to get get retake, have the entire team die making it like a 1v4 just to a pick and die. I was in silver/ low gold for the few first acts and I know literally all low elo players say they "I should be in a higher rank" but for me I truly believed that. would always have people ask if im immortal or just ask what rank. that sounds cocky asf but is true, then my duo was d2 now asc3 would also always say I deserve a higher rank. us always being neck n neck on how we perform. took like a few month off ranked, came back last month and went from silver 3 to gold 3 in one game then gold 3 to plat 2 in one game now im sitting at asc1. ofc all that comes from a long csgo background but going back to what he said at the start. if you truly dont wanna stay in low elo and actually wanna rank up. dont play like its a 1v5 go in with the thought of getting at least 1 kill each round to clear site or if you're defending stay back and dont go for ego kills. plat lobbies felt easier then silver, silver is the most horrendous rank cause you can either get parred with some npc braindead player who just figured out how to move the mouse and use aswd, or get someone who just genuinely should not be in that rank maybe around diamond high plat.
also psa if you just bum rush and die then cry your teams baiting thats not one of im talking about at all. thats just a stupid play. only push if you are able to or can get a pick. if you're gonna play default LET YOUR TEAM KNOW TOO! dont let 2 people try and take site while the rest sit back

I main every agent, dont play duelists, fill most games and i have only 0.95k/d but 65% win rate in immortal 70rr. Its hard for some people to understand that im not shit, and im not carried, I just play to win without caring about stats.

It's true. The reason you're in iron is because you're active trying to be there. Newbies should be in bronze by default and silver shouldn't be hard to get into.
While that may be true, it wasnât the case for me. Valorant was my first fps game so I started in iron for a good month or two before getting to bronze.

Im a sova main, and my job is to make it easier for the duelist to entry on attacking and make defending easier for fast rotates if the enemy is committed to a site and peeking off angles I kill when its needed tbh

When ur bot fragging and talking bout strats or Telling ur duelist what to do next or telling them off they insta tell you to stfu bot frag and shit like that when im partially the reason ur getting kills just partially and making it easy for the to frag and entry on site and them being ungrateful for the info i gave them it just pisses me off
