  • In this video I teach you how to push a baby out using hypnobirthing techniques. I discuss what happens during the pushing and birthing stage of labour and how it will feel so you know what to expect. I also cover how to breathe in labour (when pushing) and I teach you J Breathing which is a Lamaze breathing technique and hypnobirthing breathing technique. J breathing can be used during contractions when your baby is being born :)
Pushing during labour doesn't need to be stressful. Knowing how to push in labour is important because you shouldn't be doing any strenuous pushing that could cause tension build up in your body. J breathing can help you through your contractions and it can help when pushing a baby out so it is so important to practice this labour breathing technique during pregnancy so it becomes second nature. The J breath is also great for preventing vaginal tearing when giving birth. I hope that this video helps you to clearly understand how to breathe and push during labour :) And don't forget to start practicing labour breathing techniques, especially if you are in your 3rd trimester already ;)

Hello Anja! Thank you very much for your contribution on this topic on CZcams. I would like to know what is your opinion about the possibility of having a vaginal birth after a cesarean fifteen months ago? Thank you 🙏🏻

Hi! Thanks for you message and question. Having a vaginal birth after a cesarean is 100% possible. Many women do.
However, it can depend on how many cesarean births you have had in the past.
If it's one or two, then it's usually safe. If you've had 3 or 4 cesareans, the scar tissue in your womb could be very sensitive and possibly weaker due to repeat incisions in the same place.
The most important thing when having a vaginal birth after cesarean is that you are prepared for one & have the best support from your care team.

If you want to you can just breathe out through your mouth without making noise. But often, when you're giving birth you won't care about making noise and you won't care what people think. I was thinking 'I'll be so embarrassed doing that!' On the day I didn't care! I did what I needed to do to get my baby out 👌👶😃
