Love the quick wetsuit fashion show! How much freediving can you do without worrying about backing out? E.G. I pop down while snorkeling and don’t think I have to worry too much about needing someone hover around me watching for blue lips, etc… Where is the line I should not cross over before having a buddy?
you cross the line the moment you dive alone. even if it's just a couple of meters. when we say NEVER freedive alone, we mean NEVER. People drown for various reasons, not just because they dive too deep.

Freediving courses are pretty expensive... I wonder why. I mean, it doesn't require as much gear as scuba diving.
it requires personal attention so you pay the time of the instructor, + all the expertise, + a possible boat ride, + the possible cost of your certification.
