GOOD GOD. Do not EVER "straddle" a blade like that, if you would slip and fall you'd be "in there," plus, pushing both ends of the piece like that make it tend to "pinch." "Step to the left" and brace yourself safely on the side of the bench, push with both hands some distance apart on the left / long piece, and let the cut fall off on it's own. As a "yute" I spent hours "throwing away" from ours, no guard, either.
nice i like it
I bet the fellows at OSHA would have their heads explode if they saw this on a job site
Grandpa had one of these (or similar) on his Ford Ferguson. No need for any of them sissy shields, which more often than not, got in the way. Hey, if you lost a finger, that will learn you to be more careful next time.
i have used saw like that and the same saw with a belt
What size shaft is turning the blade?
Now that's the kind of set up I need.
I have the same saw.How did you attach the modern pto shaft to the solid square drive?
Thing of nightmares, not a guard in sight😱
Bu na ne malzeme kullandın çok güzel
Rip saw only not cross cut unless you use cross cut jig attachment 😮
Needs sharpening, would be mutch faster cut
do you have any detail about the saw? make, age etc?
Looks like a belt drive DENNING that's had 3pt linkage welded on and a v belt pulley
Dangeres thing.
