Seen this 3 times tonight a guy getting an instigator penalty for challenging a guy to a fight after a hit. Not jumping him, skating to him, challenging him, both guys drop the gloves then they fight. How the f*** does this warrant an instigtor?? Wrong answer to the whole fighting after clean hit issue like wtf, so you can get an instigator just for challenging a guy to a fight now after a hit, if he accepts that challenge. So lame
Instigator is when you jump him without announcing it's on. Greer didn't give Lafferty a chance to prepare, or wait to chat first before they both agreed to drop gloves.
@@AngusArtEntertainment Dude you are being myopic. Greer absolutely gave Lafferty a chance to get ready. He challenged him and backed up and waited for Laff to drop the gloves. Even superleafs fan Steve Dangle agrees. So, move along because your bias is showing. The league issued an edict to linesmen to call more instigators even if players don't jump people.
@@liltiger3 I feel like the players in the past few years, specially D core after Miller, Boychuk, McQuaid left was too easy to push around. They kinda still are, but we have more players willing to drop the gloves and make them pay.

@@AngusArtEntertainment no man they have been calling these strict after the GM meetings. Go look at the Tom Wilson and Zach MacEwen fight tonight
If Greer doesnt go up to Lafferty and challenge him then theres no fight to behing with, so he did in fact instigate

Instigator rule is shit
I was beginning to worry about you, my friend! Glad to see you have this uploaded, keeping doing the thing, man.
The difference between a brown nose and a kiss ass is depth perception!
literally early playoffs
There aren’t words to describe how much I fucking hate the instigator penalty.
I love this teams mentality. You hit one of ours, you pay the price. After a long time the Bruins have the guys to retaliate and not be pushed around
“After a long time” when in the past 15 years have the Bruins not had guys willing and able to drop the gloves?
@@liltiger3 when Pat Maroon was killing them on the ice and the Blues won the SC, for instance
@@AndreSantos-nd3im Fair. That Blues team is one of a few over the past decade who could match the Bruins pound for pound.

Lol what ?
The Bruins have never had that issue.
You confusing Bruins with the Leafs ?
so glad you posted this. is it just me or does grezlyk not try to kick lafferty in the face with his skate?
Definitely not. I'm pretty sure he was trying to get up quickly
Just you
I believe it is just you. Thanks
