Same here. The different food items that I've never seen, are really very interesting for folks in another country. I'm in the Midwest of US, & I know my regular stores do not carry lots of things Nami cooks with. Mostly I wonder where she puts all she eats...she looks to be very petite!!

Putting a raw egg yolk & some grated parmesan cheese onto the hot pasta then stirring it in will produce a delicious creamy sauce which will bind to the pasta - almost like a carbonara sauce. You make some delicious dishes Nami. I love home style Japanese cuisine but some ingredients are not easy to come by here in Australia & the restaurants usually have the same basic menu. You made assumptions based on other people's experiences. Not all people (much less the Japanese) are like that. Each individual is different, whether in west or east. There will always be rude people. In fact, we in asia, generally don't want to bother foreigners (but especially the very western looking ones), because mentally we have made them "special" pedestals due to foreign movies/cultures/oddities. Aww thank you for another video, Nami. You make my weekends special! I love green asparagus! But here is a tip: you do not need to peel it. Only the white asparagus needs to be peeled. For the green one it is enough to cut the ends off. It will safe you some time. I cannot wait for it to be in season here in Germany! I will eat so much!

It's a kind of light wine, served shilled and very appreciated in summer with grilled fish, clams, crabs and shrimp. Gatão (big cat) is one of the brands of Vinho Verde.
