Yeah but listen to this so the past doesn’t actually exist it’s just something you keep telling yourself memories are just thoughts you think over and over again, and the “future” hasn’t happened yet so what are we left with just the eternal here and now moment. That’s the best part about this place “earth” we can choose darkness or we can choose something 100000000000x better than that. That’s knowledge that’s power breaking the cycle and doing what YOU want to do with your human experience.

This was me today, trying to raise my vibration, my feel state with my eyes open and without meditation music.. 5 hours later I can raise my vibration just as high as with my eyes closed deep in meditation.
