For 6 months or so, Lightning, Sally, John, Lori and Ted and have lived in a small 2 Bedroom apartment along with Widow Tweed. John begins writing a new song, but has trouble thinking of lyrics. Suddenly, when the ruthless Coco LaBouche arrives, it gives him an idea.
Coco has only arrived for one thing - the little cars who haven't arrived yet. This makes Sally really worried, she now wishes she wasn't having any.
