- The Old South Pittsburg Hospital has been famous for decades, because of the paranormal activity and hauntings that hide inside. This hospital was built in South Pittsburg, Tennessee to serve 3 counties, but quickly became overcrowded. Today, the spirits of doctors, patients, and nurses are said to wander the halls of Old South Pittsburg Hospital, and a 7ft tall shadow is said to appear when people least expect it. Tonight, we will be searching for ghosts, spirits, and all things paranormal inside the old South Pittsburg Hospital!

Buddy is the best!!! Poor little guy. There was an orb after "Momma" came through when you guys were on the OR, that was gut wrenching. And we heard Nellys name and she said "Hi". The big shadow figure you got, the voices on the spurut box, quite a few things. Nelly coming through got me cause I lost my Mom 5 years ago to Alzheimer's. No matter what content you guys get, you're always great to watch and your antics, lol, and giggling all add up to and epic show. My fave of the season was when Ryan stayed in the house and Dave went out and that man communicated through the music box. Totally awesome!!! When ghosttube said snake, did you catch the importance of that word? Remember the guide said the little boy was out collecting what he thought were worms, but were actually baby snakes.
Buddy is the best. I love watching videos of people investigating places my team and I have been. We have been to OSPH multiple times and only once was the place "dead", pardon the pun. This location is hopping 24/7 and we have collected so much great evidence. Hope you get a chance to go back.

I'm a new subscriber and I've been watching ya'll videos all evening - This one stood out to me because I've been in there and still get weirded out by the 3rd floor! It was just me and some friends with a Ghost meter and we also made contact with a person named Mark who was a volunteer from the hospital's previous ownership. I grew up in Marion County, TN. In my younger years I was a patient at the South Pittsburgh hospital. I was there many times. I did an investigation many years ago at the hospital. Got a lot of orbs. Indentions on beds. I have seen and heard things since I was younger. I have investigated the Hales Bar Dam as well, lots of activity. One weird thing that happened at the hospital is the partner I was with video recorded the whole thing and as we were rewatching it before we left the video deleted itself.
