Oh girl, hang in there!!! The tiredness will ease up in the second trimester. I'm so excited for you! Twins will kick your butt, but don't let anyone scare you, yes it will be hard (pregnancy and postpartum) but AMAZING! Twins are magical!

This is my third pregnancy, and I was bleeding around 7w. (no cramps, no clotting, no vomiting- just bleeding) The ER said there were 2 sacs but one baby with a heartbeat. They said it was too early to tell anything for sure but just to see how things develop in the next few weeks. My levels then were 115883. I haven’t had the chance to see my doctor yet, and I won’t quite be able to until I’m about 12+ weeks. I’m currently 10 weeks. So super anxious to see if our other baby developed or we just have one. I’ve been more tired than ever, and SO many crazy or more extreme symptoms than with my other two. They are both boys. So we have our fingers crossed for a girl if we do have one baby! 💜 congratulations on your twins, and thank you for not overly-sweetening everything like most mamas do on CZcams; loved the realness!
@@DankKiddin it was confirmed that there was two babies, however one did not survive. I experienced vanishing twin syndrome, and we are having another boy!
Thanks for sharing! I am 11weeks, but haven't had an ultrasound yet... I don't know why my doctor's office waits sooooo long. But anyway, I am 99.99% sure it is twins😄 I've had 6 healthy pregnancies, but this one is a killer. Ridiculous fatigue, nausea that required meds (never needed that before), showing by 6 weeks, super elevated hormones, dizziness, lightheaded, have to catch my breath a lot, belly muscles hurt a lot for first trimester, heartburn!?!, and a million more! I appreciate hearing from other women! Thanks!

I have some anxious moments about two to three times a day and my doctor wants to know if I want medication... I DONT but im wondering if there is anything natural I can take or do for it also? Hi there! You can have an ultrasound to see if you have gallstones. If you have a gallbladder attack you will know, the pain is intense. I when to a naturopath who put me on a bunch of stuff, but the best cure is diet… watermelon, hummus, naan bread and grilled chicken was about all I could eat throughout my pregnancy. Hope you can stay well!

I found out 2 weeks after my first missed period. I took 3 tests, all early detection and they all showed positive

Check with your doctor definitely! It could be round ligament pain. I experienced that in my first pregnancy
