    One meal a day in general as least sugar carbs and cheese as possible and you are good to go super high energy levels feeling good feeling happy it is the lack of discipline that makes us weak unhealthy and unhappy. That desire for short term gratification is literal personal destruction. I know because I have unknowingly tested the theory for myself ha ha ha Publix subs and Papa John’s pizza are delicious but not worth how I have been feeling since I went back to being a jack ass.
