    I am paying a school and go to class every Thursday but this videos are much better Your videos are so good I tried to pass 6 times its truly my first time I feel I can understand the words and maybe this time I will pass

    Thank you so much. If in exams there is a question that lease expired and tenant pays monthly and owner accepts the payment and hasn't given eviction notice, what type of lease will it be? Will the answer be 1) at sufferance or 2) periodic etc

      If the tenant offers and the landlords accepts payment this will be considered a month to month periodic tenancy.
