Wait, if it was in Hong Kong, wouldn’t it be in a different language? A lot of this was in English.........
Many of the attractions feature English throughout in Hong Kong. The announcements are usually in a couple languages and there are multi language options for some, for example the Jungle Cruise you can queue up for your choice of language, others have captions, or run different languages at different show times.

Its pretty much the same attraction as Orlando, but this is the Hong Kong version, if you look at the safety notice it has Chinese characters and the exit spiel is in different languages.
