@@Khushi-mnc gurl, there are supervillains with redemption arcs. Catwoman, Harley Quinn, Magneto, Venom, Loki, Winter Soldier, even Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver who initially were villains.
Pit Babe surprisingly gave us A/B/O, now we will have merMEN and several vampire shows have been announced (OMG! Vampire, My Golden Blood, Vampire Project and 1000 Years Old). I love how the world of BL is expanding genres.

I literally don't care how good or bad this drama turns out, I applaud everyone involved for even thinking about doing something like this!! The fact that a pilot for this even exists is already a miracle! I honestly hope it's good though, that would be the cherry on top 🤣 IT'S FRICKIN M E R M A I D S BRO, never in a million years would I have ever seen something like this even trying to be made in the world of Thai BL!! (In case you can't tell, I am very excited lmao)
For those of us who read BL, we are already privy to the wonderful supernatural world of BL and what it has to offer. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to be able to pull this off as a live-action and pull it off well so it doesn't look tacky and obviously "fake". It's nice to see they have taken the time to actually source out what seems to be professionally made mertails (which mind you are HELLA expensive) and I applaud the actors for learning how to swim in these because they are heavy and awkward. Loving how BL directors are starting to take chances with the supernatural genres =)
I know right they are heavy and expensive and it takes a lot of training to swim in those tails but they do look beautiful

@@xxglowenxxas someone whose read and translated Chinese, Korean and other Asian bl novels, when it comes to world building with BL ships, nothing beats AO3. It's fanfics but it's masterfully written fics by surprisingly very well educated writers (so very little grammar mistakes) and mainly BL relationship fanfics. It's also a black hole of no return because it's so addictive.

เห็นหลายคนด่านักแสดงซีรีย์วายใหม่ๆที่เล่นเรื่องเเรกแล้วเล่นเเข็ง อย่าว่าเเต่คนที่เล่นวายเลยลองไปย้อนดูดาราที่เล่นละคร ปัจจุบันเป็นตัวท็อบหลายๆคนในปัจจุบัน หลายๆเรื่องในช่วงเเรกเล่นเเข็งกันเยอะมาก คนเราจะเก่งได้ก็ต้องผ่านการฝึกฝน แล้ววายบางเรื่องงบเค้าน้อยกว่าซีรีย์ชายหญิงเยอะ เค้าก็คงจะไปใช้เพื่อฝึกนักแสดงนานได้ หลายคนด่านักแสดงเหมือนฆ่าคนตาย ให้เวลาน้องๆได้ฝึกฝนได้เติบโตเถอะ ไม่ใช่ไปบั่นทอนกำลังใจคนทำงานจนเค้าเสียความมั่นใจ

On a in depth note, we have got so much coming out of rhe Thai BL world in the next year or so. It seems to be cascading into its own independant film industry. The interesting part is that while the BL stuff is booming, the straight stuff is being experimented with from Thailand as well. For every 2 BLs on my list, I've been adding 1 straight or GL from Thailand. Its so awesome.

I will be eternally mourning Thai actor Beam Papangkorn... who acted as OMSIN there, and who died in March 2022 being just 25 years old. 😭😭😭
