Nice! You need an outside camera working so we can actually see how this rolls thru the muck. More info ….ie mpg , shocks, dis/advantages over other rides. Less fun more reality - we need to see you take reallllly off-road over boulders etc rather than old logging road pls!
I didn't understand the bit about the overdrive. I thought it was like "5th gear" in a 4speed automatic? I don't know how that would help you on a steep hill
Yeah thank you that's just what I meant, overdrive is basically the final gear in a gearbox, in the old days anyways. But overdrive is for highways typically,no? Don't know about the steep hill part.I think the guy in the video kinda misunderstood the meaning of overdrive.@@MrTrundleon
Good question. I’m about 5’11” and I had plenty of headroom. It’s roomy. There should be some adjustments in the seat too. Best way to know would be to test drive one!
I have a 92 low top, I'm 6'5", and I fit when I recline the seat back a bit. I recently took it on a 2,000km road trip through the mountains and was pretty comfortable all things considered.

@@MangoRiotness unfortunately they aren’t super fast but the engine is very stout. Climbing could be tough though if he is carrying a bunch of stuff.

This looks great. I'm really trying to hunt down a UAZ 452, which is a similar form factor.

Typically in a 4-speed automatic, the 4th gear is the overdrive. Even an old air-cooled VW has an overdrive 4th gear.
