the Weaken effect is 50% but it gradually recovers so it needs to be timed to actually make the best use out of. In addition, Logos S2 has a whopping +70 RES onskill.

Heyak neg diffs. Logos isnt even remotely close. Her s2 has 600k total damage and her s3 has a secret hidden use function where it deals hoolion damage to all enemies on the map
The "fun" part about this comparison is that it's almost no contest for the foreseeable future on Global. Because Elemental Resistance is a largely unused stat. Meaning that the 12k from the burst and the extra damage during that burst are effectively True Damage. Once this stat does get used, however, Ceobe once again has her niche over Logos. Though there's ofc the question of "enough defence to outscale Logos."
itll be hard for HG to make enemies resist it because thats all that the ritualists and primal casters have on them, moreover there's like only one 6 star that can even deal it, one 5 star that can deal it with somewhat consistency, and like 3 others that suck at dealing it. Compared to Arts damage where there's literally two classes that focus on dealing it. Elemental Impairment and Elemental Damage can only be dealt consistently by basically one archetype as of today. Primal Casters are far too unreliable for triggering Elemental Burst to be usable, they deal extra damage against Elemental Burst enemies after all. thats like giving the units zero purpose, zero use at all, basically rendering them absolutely unusable and worthless. And that hits HARD for a Limited 6 star operator released with great meta power and anticipation. Everyone who pulled Virtuosa or spent on her would then basically have nothing for them.
and i would say ceobe is still goated as a caster herself, theres no need to bring logos down since it wouldn't bring ceobe any higher in the meta anyways. same for eyja fans, altho logos IS better, its not like hes SO much better that he basically replaces and throws eyja out of her job as a caster. Eyja is still the best caster there is other than Logos, especially in global right now. and even after Logos release, shes still powerful as ever. its not that big of a deal its just straight up bringing logos down, and not just logos but basically the entire elemental damage family down. its not even overpowered cus virtuosa is practically useless outside of triggering elemental burst on enemies

The larger issue with Elemental Impairment is that every unit competes with every other unit inflicting it. Not just the same, but different too. The important thing, however, is that there is a clear difference being made between "Necrosis Damage" and "Elemental Damage." The former triggers the 15 second burst that currently ticks for 12k total. The latter is bonus damage Primal Casters and Core Delta Modules get while the target is under that burst. Yes, Eben and Logos can trigger it themselves. But HG could very well take it in the direction of Virtuosa or whoever will boost Burn or Corrosion Damage being "required" to trigger it first. Both even have separate Resistances associated with them. That said, Virtuosa is more of a sidegrade to Suzuran when it comes to boosting Logos. Her being limited while Suzu is in Kernel is not helping either as well. Ultimately, we will have to see how things go.

It's just a threshold at which ceobe starts to snowball from good to terriffic damage value, particularly in high end content. To be honest I think it's mainly just a question of whether Logos's skill duration is enough for a boss, since ceobe has a much longer lasting skill and more consistent high DPS as a result, but logos can burst a bit faster for a shorter time.

Besides being disappointed that Ceobe is getting completely powercrept, I was surprised Mandragora only had 35 res. I always fought her expecting like 60-70 res since she's a caster boss.
not powercrept, Ceobe just specializes in a different field of expertise. as for Mandragora, she actually also has the lowest DEF out of all these bosses. The reason why she's so tanky is because of her "shield" skill. it can be disabled by knocking over some rocks to her face
Ceobe is still better for advanced content like DoS where the boss has extreme defense. All these bosses aside from Patriot have 1000 defense or less. And as we know, Ceobe's module scales off defense so she's only going to get even better the higher the defence is.
ceobe is still better against enemies with high defense (especially in CC which lately has had obscenely high defense stats with multiple def risks) because she gets more damage with defense with her talent, I think both can and will be used in the same clears if anything because logos is good for his res shred and having 2 ceobes will be way better than one (would have been huge for a certain CC to have both logos and ceobe for high risk)

Note there's a targeting effect too for a niche on Ceobe. There's cases where you'd want to isolate out the highest def enemy, while Logos gets distracted by normal targeting priority. There's also higher total damage across a longer S2, but also Ceobe rarely can make good use out of the full 40 s duration of the skill. But yeah, in almost all regular content, Logos S2 is superior by far.

Casters do what they're supposed to do. Logos also is a good source of bosskill-purpose Necrosis Damage. With Virtuosa, they make a True Damage consistent duo that shreds bosses

would Ceobe having a Delta module give her more free damage than her current module tho? Necrosis Damage' Weaken debuff should better give ceobe more extra damage right? But I also think that Ceobe's Talent is dependent on Boss or Elite enemies DEF count so it's kinda an anti-synergy to her S2 kit if they give her a delta module. Also, HG might accidentally killed the Primal Caster's entire subclass, it is now useless when core caster with a Delta mod (Logos) can just inflict necrosis damage per hit instead of when their skill is activated. Warmy can't even inflict Burn Damage on time because she has weak ATK. I could still understand if Ebenholz has the Delta Mod since he's a sluggish-nuke caster, but also logos? Why bother make Primal Caster when eventually, all 6* core caster can just get Delta Mod and do way better job than them?
Here's the thing. Ceobe module x have this precious ignore 10 res. And that's a huge part of her having her current damage. She can have elemental attack module but without this 10 res ignore from her Module X. She won't be able to deal as much damage at this

Im glad this comparison happened as Ceobe is stronger on harder content so Logos beating Eyja doesnt matter as much of he cant beat Ceobe on such high end content. Also fun fact: Virtuosa + Logos S2 is currently one of the strongest single target combos in the game and equates to around 60-70k+ elemental damage alone wich is practically true damage and obliterates most bosses without any care

one of the main problem adding a new mechanic in game, all old enemy is not balance around them just like when I though gnosis is op because every boss struggle against him

Note there's a targeting effect too for a niche on Ceobe. There's cases where you'd want to isolate out the highest def enemy, while Logos gets distracted by normal targeting priority. There's also higher total damage across a longer S2, but also Ceobe rarely can make good use out of the full 40 s duration of the skill. But yeah, in almost all regular content, Logos S2 is superior by far.

Logos, Eyja and GG as of now are the only best general-use casters. There's no other that you could be looking for. If you mean to literally buff casters, there's no need too. Casters do what they're supposed to do.
Logos also is a good source of bosskill-purpose Necrosis Damage. With Virtuosa, they make a True Damage consistent duo that shreds bosses

would Ceobe having a Delta module give her more free damage than her current module tho? Necrosis Damage' Weaken debuff should better give ceobe more extra damage right? But I also think that Ceobe's Talent is dependent on Boss or Elite enemies DEF count so it's kinda an anti-synergy to her S2 kit if they give her a delta module.
Also, HG might accidentally killed the Primal Caster's entire subclass, it is now useless when core caster with a Delta mod (Logos) can just inflict necrosis damage per hit instead of when their skill is activated. Warmy can't even inflict Burn Damage on time because she has weak ATK.
I could still understand if Ebenholz has the Delta Mod since he's a sluggish-nuke caster, but also logos? Why bother make Primal Caster when eventually, all 6* core caster can just get Delta Mod and do way better job than them?
Here's the thing. Ceobe module x have this precious ignore 10 res. And that's a huge part of her having her current damage. She can have elemental attack module but without this 10 res ignore from her Module X. She won't be able to deal as much damage at this
The moment you take her 10 Res ignore she will fall off even harder. Also will Delta module have the exact same buff or better than the current one? I doubt so

Im glad this comparison happened as Ceobe is stronger on harder content so Logos beating Eyja doesnt matter as much of he cant beat Ceobe on such high end content.
Also fun fact: Virtuosa + Logos S2 is currently one of the strongest single target combos in the game and equates to around 60-70k+ elemental damage alone wich is practically true damage and obliterates most bosses without any care
