My golden retrievers favorite treat was pig ears! I miss her, I'm sure she is in Heaven now, waiting for me to show up with a hug and pig ears!
"Golden retrievers are not bred to be guard dogs, and considering the size
of their hearts and their irrepressible joy in life, they are less likely to
bite than to bark, less likely to bark than to lick a hand in greeting. In spite
of their size, they think they are lap dogs, and in spite of being dogs, they think
they are also human, and nearly every human they meet is judged to have the potential to
be a boon companion who might, at many moment, cry, "Let's go!" and lead them on a great adventure." ~ Dean Koontz
My golden is a scary guard dog. Pure breed..still has the natural guard instinct
Feeling sad for the little black dog. No treats for that one? 🤔
Your goldens are beautiful I miss my golden Carmelo.
how adorable
Because they were used to of dehydrated
Dogs like crunchy things.
Awesome! She likes the cook one
Dehydrated, not cooked. No cooked chicken unless just chicken meat.
Not cooked lol...don't give cooked bones to dogo....it will splinter
Raw feet
My dog completely rejected chicken feet.
If a fox eats a chicken they always leave the feet laying there.
How do u freeze dry?
technically its not freeze dried but we place raw chicken feet into a dehydrator for 18-24 hours to remove the moisture! then we keep it in the freezer for preservation.
I heard re'baboha🤔
question --- wouldn't dehydrating the chicken feet make the bones brittle and possibly splinter, the same way as if you cooked/baked them? I always give them to my dogs raw. So I was wondering if dehydrating would be as bad as if cooking them, as you do not want to give your dogs any bones that have been cooked.
Yes. It changes the consisteny of the bones. You don't want to feed them with cooked bones. No way.
These are chicken feet when is small, they can be easily digested in dogs stomach. Just like how they eat raw. It is healthy for both teeth and bone. Anyways , we have to supervise whenever they are chewing on stuff to ensure they are safe🥰
Main issue is dehydrated looses alot of nutritional value
@@juvenalmachado7693 that is not true...Actually the total opposite, dehydrated food locks in most of its nutritional value.
No, dehydrated is not the same as cooked. Raw and dehydrated is the only way you can give chicken to dogs. The low temperature and slow process of dehydration keeps the bones harmless for thr dog
and what about boiled chicken feet?
no
Can we boil it and serve ?
never boil ANY bones for your dog to consume they will die
😂😂
Because it’s more fat
Dont ever give a dog chicken bones...
its fine if they are raw or dehydrated
Chocking hazard for the dog raw chicken bones are tiny spikes that poke through dogs colon as they are unable to chew it properly so don’t feed them raw xx
It’s cooked chicken with the bone that is the hazard . So raw not cooked bone
Actually you got that wrong.. Raw bones are good for your dog.. cooked bones are bad for your dog
Do your research before spreading false information. Its the cooked bones that are the hazard. Raw bones are very healthy for dogs!
Raw is better. Cooked bones that can choke on. Do not spread misinformation.
I heard it was ok to boil chicken feet for only a few minutes in order to kill bacteria.
