Great game. Suggestion: if your rule is "whoever is last to be eliminated is the winner", those students who get eliminated first won't be motivated to keep playing. Instead, the rule can be "whoever guesses the most number of words correctly is the winner". Everyone will keep playing until all words are revealed :)
Jahan K that’s a good suggestion. What I’ve found is that they are still motivated to reveal their classmates’ words, but definitely feel free to change the game in a way that best suits your class. Recently, I played this with small group (2-3 students) teams, each with two words.
I love this one so much, thank you! It's a good way to review some vocab and get everyone involved in the guessing. Too often with hangman my students guess too randomly or there's have a small part of the class who's really into the game and another who's definitely not feeling it xD I'm gonna have to try this variant soon enough!

ESL Games (GWG) #7 Everybody Hangman
So if you had 15 students would you have 15 words on the board?
I will just divide the students into 3 groups and have them played within their group. They could just play on a piece of paper or mini board.
Layla, how is that spelled? "Ai ya!!" ? ; )
Layla is hot!
