This amazing artwork by David Paget that you see in the video has shaped the song and the meaning behind it a lot while I composed. The artwork shows Boudica, a Celtic rebellion leader during the Roman occupation of Britain. The picture and the expression of her face is extremely captivating to me. The look in her face seems to say that she is unyielding like the steel of her sword, that there is only freedom or death, one or the other. That her heart is on fire, and her rage will burn down anything that stands in her path in order to bring freedom to her and her people. I find this depth of will so fascinating, what the desire for freedom can push us humans to, to walk through flames, to sacrifice anything and everything and to continue until the last breath, until we are either free or dead. In honour of this ultimate human emotion, the desire for freedom, I dedicate this song.

It does not give you any rights over the music however, so remixing the music, re-selling it etc. is not allowed.
Giving credits is also necessary in commercial projects.
Please note that "for free" only applies to the usage license. Music is my full-time job and is where 100% of my earnings come from. So no matter what you use my music for, whether it's commercial or non-commercial use, I appreciate that you purchase the music instead of downloading it for free. Many people misunderstand this part so I need to clear this up. I love making music, but if everyone would just get it for free I would not be able to pay rent, so please understand. It was always my dream to make enough money to survive with music being my only job, and that is only possible because of people who go and buy that music.
Remixing, sampling and other forms of altering the original song into a new piece of music is also generally not allowed unless the remix is 100% non-commercial and labelled with the original title and author of the song (me). Adding bird noises, nature sounds or similar things are allowed. Nightcore alterations are also allowed while non-commercial and labelled with original title and author (Google "Nightcore" in case of confusion).
So if your project is non-commercial or a CZcams project, just give credits and there is nothing holding you back from using my songs. ANY song you want. =) If it's commercial stuff just write me a personal message or an email at adrianvonziegler@gmx.ch and inform me about the scale and details of the project and we'll make a deal.
REQUESTED MUSIC:
I generally do not accept offers to make songs on request or to write music for movies, games etc. One reason is that I can't handle it time-wise but even if I had the necessary time I would still stay away from it because I - quite honestly - don't really like to do it.^^ I basically make music to express whatever topic moves me, randomly. I tried it a few times but I have the best creativity and feel the most freedom and happiness when I do that completely alone and without being “employed” by someone. I hope that’s understandable.^^
Important:
I do not allow my music to be used in any project that has a clear political, racist or discriminatory message or is pornographic. By that I mean anything that goes from direct political, racist or discriminatory videos or underlining speeches with my music, onto remixing my melodies into a song that has lyrics with clear political, racist or discriminatory message and similar things that clearly promote these things. Truly beautiful and moving. I am going through a very hard and busy period right now, and this story, the strong message brought within this song is a lesson that everyone should follow. Thank you for reminding us how important Freedom is, and how the human soul can break every rule and cross every obstacle in order to reach it. Celts fought bravely against romans, and their honor is still alive in History, a fire which is never going to die.

As soon as I start listening to this, I am flooded with mental images of Celtic warriors in woad and running down a moor with swords and spears.. gives me goosebumps every time. The Celtic spirit will never die and what we keep learning from them is never to bow down and stick to your way of life. Kudos to you, creator of magical worlds not just songs :)

Yeah me too am so into middle ages and into any cultures music beyond minus 500 years until 1000years behind from this era we live in right now. My soul is very old but my body is just living this age i hate modern music so much. This kind of old music gives me vibes alot.

She reminds me of a celtic warrior named Bodica, who led the rebellion against acient roman and destroyed many roman cities and defeated the roman army in quite a few battles. Because of her i'm proud of my celtic/irish heritage

I really like this track, not just because it's a song about freedom.
It makes me imagine playing this song during a revolution against corruption, and to fight for righteous respect and freedom to be given to misfits of all kinds everywhere across the UK. Including the mentally and physically disabled people as well. (ADHD and AUTISM Spectrums).
I do not believe that all misfits are respected as they should be, but I believe in their freedom of making the right choices for themselves, and to make a difference that means something important to them.
Violence or none during a cause, this song would make a greatly inspiring track when leading people through inspired independence of misfits, to fight for freedom from disregard and ignorance. And to show normal people that we truly matter as unique individuals.
Difference is not a curse, it is uniqueness.
Some music, even if they are beautiful, we listen to it today and we forget after a while, but other music like this remains engraved in our hearts all our life.
