Chocolate Muffins | Measurements for 6 muffins | Muffins recipe
Ingredients:
All purpose flour -110g (3/4 cup+1 tablespoon)
Cocoa powder -30g (4 tablespoon)
Baking powder -1 teaspoon
Baking soda -1/4 teaspoon
salt-1/8 teaspoon
Egg-1 large ( at room temperature)
Sugar-1/2 cup (100g)
Milk-1/4 cup (60 ml)( at room temperature)
Oil-1/4 cup (60 ml)
yogurt -1 tablespoon
vanilla essence -1/2 teaspoon
Method:
1. sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix and keep aside.
2. whisk egg, sugar and vanilla.
3. gradually add oil, milk and yogurt and mix.
4. add the dry ingredients in batches and gently mix.
5. preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
6. prepare the muffin pan. Line with muffin liners.
7. fill batter in the liner ( fill full portion of the liners).
8. Bake at
180°C for 20-25 minutes.
