- Hi Doll Friends! Thank you all for joining me today in my unboxing of the beautiful Novgorod BJD by Mewie Fish Creature Dolls. Recently my Beautiful little 12 year old 4 pound Maltese, Cody Passed away suddenly of heart failure. It all happened so fast, and he passed away in my arms at 2am on a Saturday morning... its been over a month now, and I still cry everyday. He was only 4 months old when I brought him home, and I fell in love with him instantly. He brought me so much happiness. He was my joy, my comfort and my Shadow...This Doll is in memory of my beautiful little boy...Cody,,,, I will miss you forever.......💔

So sorry about your loss. Your doll is a beautiful tribute and she is the most beautiful doll too. Her face up is perfect, her dress is so cute and the colouring of the wig really makes those eyes 'pop' as they say. Congratulations on her arrival ❤

Hello :] I am a new follower of yours. I've loved watching your content as we share the same interests in different kinds of dolls. I also enjoy your positive mindset! I just wanted to leave a quick comment sharing my condolences for your baby Cody. It doesn't matter the age (ours or theirs) and it doesn't matter if we know it's coming or not...they are truly like our babies and will always be remembered as such in our hearts. I type this thinking of the baby pup I lost about a year ago. Everyone feels and deals with grief differently. But I did the same. I have a reborn doll that I will never get rid of because he is my memorial baby. So anytime I feel I miss him, I'll go love the dolly that reminds me of him. I know this video was a while ago but I know the feeling is still there. I am SO happy we have been able to use our love of dolls as a healthy coping skill cause those seem hard to find nowadays haha (just kidding lol). I am super excited to see your creation for this dolly! A pretty name might be "Codilla". Kind of spacey and unique but has a name that has remembrance. Honestly, even "Cody" would fit her. Hi Moxie! Thank you so much for your comment and your story about your little one that passed. I still cry weekly over him (if not more often sometimes) and wonder if it will eventually get easier. I know it will, but he was such a HUGE part of my life, so it’s just taking time. I named her Kodi, as I mentioned in the video, it sounds the same as my Cody that I lost just with a different spelling. She really is a comfort and I’m so happy to have her. You know... the wig is beautiful .. but.. humour me for a second chum... try a light lime citrus hair colour too... it is a complimentary colour to the purple family... like her eyes.. that was a spot on pick in my humble opinion. I don't know if you noticed. There were eyes that came with the doll from the artist stuck in a tissue, maybe you didn't notice, I hope It's not too late and you got rid of her by mistake 😅
