LEGO Professor Lupin's Classroom includes many details from the Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom including LEGO dragon skulls and the wardrobe in which Professor Remus Lupin keeps the amortal shape-shifting Boggart. This set focuses on Neville Longbottom's Boggart encounter rather than Harry's encounter with the Dementor form. Minifigures include a Boggart in the form of Severus Snape but with the addition of clothes from Neville Longbottom's grandmother Augusta Longbottom thanks to the Boggart-banishing spell Riddikulus.
Also included in this video is a look at every LEGO Severus Snape minifigure ever made between 2001 and 2018 including HP012, HP044, HP050, HP08, HP100, HP134, HP173 and the Severus Snape microfigure from 6,020 piece 71043 Hogwarts Castle.

Minor grievance regarding the Snape minifigure. Around his neck is meant to be a cat, not a fox. My Uncle made the prop used in the film, having to ask my Aunt what direction the hair on a cats nose went (not owning a cat himself to check), (my claim to fame)

Edit: I think the reason snapes head was glow in the dark was I think to make him really pale like he is in the book and kinda in the movie

I have this one and liked that Harry and the rest had a classroom that they could feel safe in with a teacher that cares!
Perhaps one day they'll give us a Transfiguration and Charms classroom sets!
I wish but considering the sets are based off the movies, it seems unlikely. Warner brothers didn’t care about charms or transfiguration when making the movie.
And now of course, there ARE classroom sets. Now we just need an updated DADA classroom, hmm ....who would be the Best Professor to include?

Hi! I followed you for some months, I noticed you asked why did LEGO made sets like this whit a split moving section. Maybe you did discover it by now since this video was from 7 months ago, but the reason for this choice is that most of the Hogwarts sets from 2001 to 2004 was modular.
You could put the erised mirror and the troll restroom on this set, or the Potion Classroom under it, or even the Library from the huge Hogwarts set from 2001.

I actually managed to get this from a old neighbour! Bit of a fiddly one as I found out!
I only have the two 2018 ones but agree that the 2007 version looks best. For the bogart figure, I put the crow piece from the Tonto figure in the hat. Not totally accurate but probably the closest you can get.

I can't wait to get my hands on the new Harry Potter Sets. So far I'm only missing the Hogwarts Express, the big Hogwarts Set and Hagrids Hut and in a few days my clock tower will arrive. But I'm so excited for the new Burrow and Astronomy Tower. But also the Room of Requirements and the one with grawp. I think I'll skip 4 Privet, since it's pretty expensive and isn't really appealing to me. Great video by the way. You always put so mich effort into the details.

Weirdly the actual costume is a cat fur scarf rather than a fox, so Lego got it right. I think the book describes it as a fox fur scarf though.

My copy of this set that I got back in 2004 had an odd photograph error. It was either on the back of the instructions or the back of the box but in one of the alternate build pictures Lupin's dark orange hair was black.
Did anyone else ever have this?

I got a bunch of them in a very lucky Facebook Marketplace find and others I bought for my son as he was growing up. Other than that, it's mostly a case of hunting them down on ebay which can get expensive.
