I have the cheque I have all the communication regarding the cheque on Whatsapp and SMS, but I don't have any employment contract or anything, is the communication enough to prove Liability?

Well.. It is hard to properly understand whole case and give advice on chat.... but whatever I have understood, I would try to answer you... See the Legal proposition says that Cheque Bounce case can only be filed against the person or company who has given you the cheque. but as you said there's another person also involved in the matter then he can only be implicated by a criminal case and you can get an FIR lodged against both the person under section 406, 420 IPC. Thats the only way you can create pressure on other person which will make your case stronger and will make it easy to get your money back.... One more thing I would suggest that 30 Lc is a big amount so If you require more Counselling on the matter you can call me directly, Explain your case and I will try to advice you the best thing possible..... Sir our tanent is not paying rent since April 2020 and electricity bill is also not paid by him since he is residing in our property. Total amount is approximately 2.5 lac. Now he has given us two cheques for this amount. Rent agreement was with his son and the cheques are given from father's account. If the cheques are dishonored can we file case. We have many whatsapp messages sent to both father and son with details of rent due. Please give some guidance sir.
