Obviously, this intelligent chairman is saying something, particularly when he is saying Nigerians do not know which direction yet.
However, i should think, restructure in this situation means, Nigeria want a system like the United Kingdom where each zone can practically be governing themselves only to be accountable to the Central Federal government on quota basis. In this case, the West can have their own prime minister, the East can have Biafra Prime Minister. But, the President could be from anywhere in the country.
Restructures will means, these Zones would be managing their own resources such as Scotland and Wales in the UK.
With the above, each zones will no longer be at the mercy of Federal government before they take actions on important developmental projects.

This man is saying the truth, the quality of leadership is the problem of Nigeria. The leaders are greedy, not willing to learn, the leaders are not there to serve the people they only think of their pockets and to oppress the people. This man is spelling it out listen to him properly, he’s saying the truth. People’s mindset need to change and become patriotic to their nation.

Part of the problem with the quest for restructuring by southerners is that it doesn't take into account the sociopolitical and socioeconomic views of northerners. Nigeria needs a visionary leader that can assuage the fears of its diverse ethnic nationalities through meaningful engagement whereby each groups concerns and aspirations are accomodated in a holistic national development plan.

Restructuring is very important for distributions of fairness and equity There's no sense of intimidation , manipulation ,negligence , inequality . Allocations of resources should be shared equally . Some parts of regions are not adequately providing productivity but still dominated others . They're more into parasites to resources of other regions . Now whatever you produced , manufactured then you utilized it to developed your individuals states .

When we restructure, all Regions, States will sit well to do the needful. At the heighten point of agitation for restructuring the sitting Governor of Sokoto State looked inward and came up with holistic approach to minerals resources in Sokoto State. What is wrong with that report? Till present no body heard anything again about that beautiful report. Cross River did the same what is the outcome? In the waste paper baskets? Other States followed the same approach, where are we today?
Late Obafemi Awolowo warned Nigeria nation in 1979 did our leaders listen? Holistic approach to the economic sector will catapult this nation to an enviable level. If Nigeria disintegrate today every region will survive. Nigeria is too big for our leaders to rule. We shall drinks our oil if urgent action is not taken.

When you decided to keep a particular part of the country down because they lost the war, this is what you should expect. There is no equity and justice so restructure or let people go their different ways. Enough of that lie to we Easterners. We dont have a nation. What we have is a group of selfish and ignorant people running around looking for minerals to sell to raise money for their pockets instead of developing their human resources to develop the country. I only agree with you that Nigeria should be seperated. Every person should have the right to decide whether they want to live in the country or not.

The south East wants different things including Biafra
But the north wants the same if old
    That’s the question

I'm sorry to chip into the conversation of Restructuring of Nigeria, h'ver the truth is that some of these respondent to these issue is very naive. If Restructuring would favour the Northerners, why are the north is afraid of the word restructuring. As Mr. Sani Aminu has said right now in this media, i belief the Northern states should go ahead and agreed on the dividing the country into the 4 or 5 regions that we were before. The military rulers are the one's that unilaterally divided Nigeria to favour thier own region. Therefore, restructuring should be a theme of our discussion right now, moreso they also belief it would be the best way forward. Let us not continue to waste our time by going back and forward on this issue, rather than calling for Refendum to do exactly that. Thank

From the beginning, our forefathers structured Nigeria, but the greedy regions combined to kill those God bless more than them. Hear it now you can not use stell money to train useful children. Nigeria is not a single nation from the onset but 3 different nations that come together as a country. Criminal can never agree to the truth. From the current prophet of Umuezumezu

No State in Nigeria that has no resources but the leadership qualities determine the way forward. Look at Sokoto, Cross River, Kebbi they all have minerals and the rest Nigeria States, you will believe what I am saying. We concentrated on oil and we forget all other sectors that can give us money. Instead of Abuja as @ then and develop Ajaokuta steal complex and use the proceeds to develop Abuja.

Actually the personality has tried to tackle the issue in Nigeria to some extent. Nigeria as a whole lack good Leadership that can take the affairs of the citizens serious. For example, in a Country where anybody that have access to Government office is to loat the reserved in Government account and no severe action taking against them. How do u think such a country will survive? Secondly, in a country where the Government promote and elevate criminals, how do u think such a country will survive as a nation? When this situation persist, which country will survive it? With this method, curuption will prevail in the society. Who suffers most for it? The citizens, and the image of the country will be seriously affected etc when this happened in a country, what do u think the citizens are facing? Because, it has got to a stage where the citizens can no longer endure it . So, the two weakness of the Government stated above are part of our problems in Nigeria. Everybody must face the law and we must take our security system seriously, Wiithout it ?

The man is silly in many of his comments but right in saying that the National Assembly has been really bad. I completely agree that an active National Assembly could have passed laws on state police and on local resource control. If Buhari vetoed the bills for parochial and selfish interests then Nigerians would have known who to blame.
