Mom, please when you have extra money you really should buy yourself a pair of tennis shoes and rubber boots for when you’re going to look for vegetables to pick. I don’t think it’s safe for you to keep walking around in those flip flop, also you should purchase locks for your front and back door for safety at night and when you and David go into town to sell vegetables, sending lots of hugs to you both💕take care, stay safe!

I think you have a boy who loves his vegetables and that's a great thing. US kids tend to be spoiled when it comes to food and many won't eat them. Since you had some ginger left over maybe you could plant some of it so you won't have to work quite so hard to find it next season.
