How to get there:
•Exit Pallet Town from the Sea
•Go to Cinnabar Island
•Enter the Pokémon Mansion
•Take the Stairs
•Go to the room behind and take those stairs
•Activate the switch in the Mewtwo Statue (Red Eyes: ON)
•Jump down to the floor
•Go downstairs
•Activate the switch in the Mewtwo Statue (Red Eyes: OFF)
•Go to the new switch and activate it (Red Eyes: ON)
•Get the Secret Key
•Exit the Pokémon Mansion
•Go to the Gym
•Get the Medal
•Exit the Gym
•Say "NO" to Bill (He will be waiting in the Pokémon Center)
•Go to the Pokémon Center to check if Bill is there (Brown Hair and Blue Shirt)
•Exit the Pokémon Center
