Reacting to negative Loewe customer reviews

  • Not every brand is perfect, and sometimes customers have bad experiences. So let’s go down to Google review rabbit hole and see what customers have to say about the Loewe store at Westfield Sydney, Australia. For the record, even though I am a loyal client I don’t mean to discredit anyone’s bad experiences when shopping at the store. I just want to see what both sides of the situation are.

    I work in urgent care, and YES. Do NOT come in 20 minutes to close and expect 5 star service.

    I've noticed that different Loewe stores have different products

      It depends on the size of the store. If it is small then you will only see leather goods, no RTW. Also, each country is allocated different stock so some pieces are harder to find. If you have a good relationship with an SA then they may be able to get you those pieces.

    I prefer for SA's to leave me alone until I'm ready to checkout.I hate it when they follow me around the store.

      I think that if you frequent a particular store then it is worthwhile to have a relationship with an SA. That way you can tell them how you prefer to shop and they will ‘guard’ you from other SAs that might bother you.

    I was in store yesterday and they were serving cocktails and canapés. So lovely! Ps. Your LED puzzle is incredible 🤩

    Regardless of the time the clients enters the store, if the store is open all clients should be able to expect and get the full experience.

      I agree all clients should be treated well and not feel like they’re being judged. If anyone is repeatedly getting bad service from a brand then they shouldn’t have to tolerate it, just move on to another brand to support

    You seem to have no idea about customer service maybe this is the standard where you are from in America we would have their head. You seem to be on the side of the store because they have you some flowers😮😮😮. I went to a Loewe store last week with access to a 100k credit limit and no one spoke to me. No matter how many times someone comes to a store they are deciding if they want to buy.
    These SA would be angry about a return 😮😮😮😮.

      Thank you for your comments. I agree that your treatment was wrong and if an SA does not make the effort to help then you shouldn’t give the brand your money. I wish you all the best in your journey to find the right brand to support.
