What's with the crazy-looking woman at 0:03..?!
In the Voice of France, they put this out of place "echo" type of effect on the mike even when there is a blind audition. This is not normal and it is not right, because the echo is too much and it helps the participants' vocals to stand out more and it's not fair...

Most of the judges can't decide on their own. Some have to look at their fellow judges to turn the chair. That's not how they're supposed to judge on the performance

Norway had a country singer win a year or two ago, just saying
