Madam, I have two questions. 1.During the time of emergency, means there was no opposition, there was no parliament in other words, then how can Parliament actually invoke 368? Ideally no bills can be introduced during emergency period correct? 2. When parliament used 368 to add those words in preamble, then why should we go to supreme court to remove those words?
