Constitutional violation in the appointment of public prosecutors law officers?

The ruling parties are appointing various law officers and prosecution officers based on their political affiliation with their parties. this practice is unethical and unconstitutional. this property is against article 16 of the Constitution for not providing equal opportunity for public employment and is also against Article 14 equality before law and equal protection of laws.
