I needed to hear this. Lately, I haven't been feeling well with myself. I haven't had much self-confidence. These couple of days, I've been hard on myself, been feeling broken, lost, hating myself so much...it's just been awful. Haven't been feeling great at all, haven't even smiled much these days.
