Just bought my 1st shotgun waiting on its arrival and this was very informative and extremely well done thank you!
Good instructional video - my 1st thought was "why is this even needed" but reflecting and seeing the new gun owner comments it makes sense. Good work sir.
thank ya, new to shotguns so this was very helpful especially with that 'shot wheel'
Agreed
Saul Goodman really knows his stuff.
Damn! Beat me to it!

Im a new Shotgun Owner. Your video clearly made me understand the basics & importance of the shotgun ammo. Thank you so much & keep up the great work you do here & JESUS bless you!
looking for the lightest loads with the lowest recoil for clays/skeet as a hobby and this video really helps b/c I learned a lot and am quite glad I watched all the way to the end where you explained the high / low brass too.
I will look for low brass, low dram, and high pellet #.
Thank you for the video.
edit: it's the things you don't say that make it exceptionally useful yet when un-noticed are positive. (you're well spoken and camera angles are perfect).
Thank you sir , your explanation is clear, simple and direct to the point. Now I have no doubts about tne numbers. THKS
Very informative. I encourage shotgun newbies especially to watch this.
Thank you for taking the time to make this video.
Clear and precise explanations are always appreciated.
Stay well and stay safe.

Good job on this video. I was waiting for the common ignorance/misses the general pop says about shotguns and you clearly know about shotguns so good job😎👍🏽
New to shotguns. This answered questions I had.
Wow quality content. Really appreciated those video for being clear and concise.
Thanks for a very informative video. I have been shooting for many, many, many years but only recently have gained an interest in shotguns. Your video was an excellent guide on what everything actually means. That wheel was really great. Well done !!
One of the best explanations of shotgun loads I've seen. Thanks!
Very clear and detailed explanation of subject matter. best I've found yet and really gave me verification on some aspects I wasn't confident about. even after years dove hunting. THANKS .....from South Georgia 👍
If it wasn't for this video, I would never grasp the concept of these numbers. Thanks for the upload.
Very helpful, buying my first shotgun and this was very helpful...thx!
7:22 - Whoa! Where did you get that shot size paperweight thingy? That would be super handy to have around.
You have to look hard for them. They are ⅞" thick by 3" diameter and about $75.00
Nice video! Had you not shown your face at the beginning, I'd swear Saul Goodman was giving me a shotgun shell lesson.
Great video, very informative for anyone new to buying shotgun shells.
Thanks!
Excellent explanation. Clear and concise.
So helpful as someone who has always rented for skeet/trap and just bought for the first time.
Thanks! Very well done. You're quite articulate and knowledgeable. Cheers!

Thank you for the video, sir. I just recently purchased my first shotgun and I was wondering what those numbers on the shell boxes meant.

Thanks for making the video and sharing this information. Very informative.....Happy Hunting from Texas!
Excellent presentation! Helpful to many novices, I'm sure.
Great information....as a newbie to shotguns this really helped me understand the box. It's very confusing and the slang terms make it even harder to understand. Thx
Very nice lecture. Thank you for sharing. Spring turkey season in Public Land starts today in Florida (Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday) It was very difficult to get shells, even Bass Pro Shop was empty.
Clearly The Best Shotgun/Shot Explanation Video.
Thank you for the video! Excellent explanation and shot wheel was very helpful even took a picture on my phone to keep it handy
great video. Great explanations. His shot size puck is pretty cool.
Nice video. I would suggest you do another and address a couple of more points:
1. Slugs - what iss their use? I have an idea but I think many who view this video would not.
2. Expalin briefly that, the smaller the shot (high number), the more pellets per given load and the wider the dispersal pattern. This should help viewers understand why one uses "bird shot" to hit a small, fying target vs "buck shot" to hit a large, relatively immmobile target. Show a box of each and point out the different icon/images on them that demonstarte the different utilities of each.
Thanks for the video. Saved in my library.
Mike - Some good ideas, maybe you can make your own video. Something to think about. Cheers !!! 😁
Mike70005 Not to mention how different chokes work. And not to shoot a slug if you have your choke in your barrel.
Thanks to Bob Odenkirk for vocalizing this episode.
