The showrunner said this episode is strongly influenced by Rashomon, so the stuff with Osha is probably a case of an unreliable narrator. I thought this episode was awesome, to be honest. Very powerful and emotional. And it was awesome to see a new force sect and their different beliefs, morality, and customs.

A note, Osha had been dreaming of the Jedi for some time, they’ve never been off the planet, how else would she have drawn the Jedi symbol in her book? The Jedi (one or three) did kill the witches, there was a fight of misunderstanding that lead to death. An angry and scared force wielding wookie could mind kill a lot of people. They caught Torbin sneaking around and the second mother found him and they fought because she wasn’t trying to hear reason. We still need to know who is orchestrating all of this. May is the dominant twin, the rhyme tells us that May gives Osha from herself and then Osha says she gets herself from May but Osha doesn’t give anything in the exchange, it’s all May pouring herself into Osha. If you listen to it, Osha gives nothing because all that she is comes from May. By the end I think we will see the Osha is actually the stronger one and May the weaker but if you tell someone who is powerful that they aren’t their entire life, they believe it. It’s like Rey and Ben, Rey ended up being the stronger of the dyad in the end but the entire time Kylo was telling her she was nothing and no one.

This episode had me thinking back to the very 1st episode....when Master Saul went to question the violent criminal after they recovered them all from the escape pods...the criminal said " The Jedi killer is evil...I sensed her darkness...beware! "...then Saul calmed his mind....who is that criminal and how can he sense that?!!

I hope that this is OSHA’s perspective of what happened and we get Mae’s and the Jedi perspectives as well. Can’t wait till the whole story is revealed

A lot of people keep saying Sith Lord, Sith master, we haven’t seen any Sith yet. We saw someone running around in black outfit with what appears at a distance to be a red saber and that knows the Sith edicts (Peace is a lie). I don’t think we’ve seen the actual Sith running things. The two Sith that we know of in this time period, neither is human and they both have huge heads, neither of which is getting in that little black mask. I think what we have seen is a Jedi running around playing at being Sith to use May to carry out their revenge against the Jedi for something or they are an apprentice to a Sith Lord and they are on their trials as May is on hers in preparation of this person trying to kill the master. Dooku was working for Palpetine but Dooku was not Sith, he never committed to the Sith so he never got the eyes, until I see those yellow eyes of hate, we aren’t dealing with the Sith. Dooku did things that were against the order’s teachings because he saw them as moving from peacekeepers to warriors and politicians and he didn’t think that was part of the Jedi teachings. He saw Palpetine as a means to order through acquisition, he was a fool and didn’t see what Palpetine and the Sith truly were until it was too late. I think at least three of the four Jedi are like Dooku and thought they knew the right way. I still haven’t figured out who the true big bad is yet, I’m highly suspicious of how Torbin died. How does a poison take out a Jedi who has been meditating for ten years, did they burn his body, did they even do an autopsy on him? Who did he fight before they left May and Osha’s planet, he had his scar, the second or first mother and his master helped him kill her or them? So much we still don’t know but I’m definitely feeling like the Sith drops are misdirections. I don’t believe Yoda would have agreed to hiding the Sith but if the enemy was Jedi who had gone bad, that could not be allowed to get out to the Republic, it would have been buried and the Jedi involved banished for their crimes, Sol may not have known what the others did. I’m loving this show so far.

Note that in the white circle on the head is the yin Yang symbol. The jedi were always talking about bringing back the balance of the force. We saw that in Asoka with the father, brother and sister. Everything should be in balance. Seems to me it was the jedi that caused the imbalance. They targeted that side so the dark side reacted by wanting to take power. We only saw the side that Osha saw. Mae saw the coven die so knows what they did. She said to Indara they killed unarmed people. Toran said they did what they thought was right. I don't think Sol or the Wookie were involved.

So Mae tried to kill Osha but how would she destroy the whole place? Plus the injuries on the Jedi.
Considering the revelation about how Mother Anisheya used the Force to make Mother Koril pregnant with the twins i suspect some Sith fuckery happened in the place to pit the Jedi against the Witches coven. Hence why Torbin felt so guilty that he killed himself and Kelnacca became a hermit. Let's not forget according to Sidious, Darth Plagueis knew how to use the Force to create life. So maybe he learned from the Witches or they learned from him.
Guess we will have another flashback. Perhaps showing things from Sol's point of view or Mae's or maybe even from the Sith's.

I believe you're correct. That fire wouldn't have killed all those force users. They were dead before

This episode was honestly sick. Director popped off with this one. He's also doing 7 (probably the other side of the flashback?) so I'm super excited for that one.

All of your gut reaction questions are valid. Too bad the writers didnt think of them first.

Love you guys and your previous content, but this show is utter garbage and destroys the importance of Anakin Skywalker in canon. I don’t support Disney anymore but I still support you guys! Keep up the great work. I’ll be back for future content, but Disney has officially crossed a line with this one. I might give it one more episode out of morbid curiosity but if it’s more of the same, I’ll officially be jumping ship for the first time on Star Wars. They damaged my baby!!! Jedi do not kill or forbid other force groups from practicing their interpretation. Jedi would’ve been more curious to understand other force users like the Zepho. Jedi also would never abduct children…they explain to the parents the child’s force sensitivity and ask to take the child for training. They would also never give kids as old as Mae and OSHA a chance….they’re as OLD OR OLDER than Anakin when Qui Qon came and EVERYONE on THE COUNCIL THOUGHT HE WAS WAY TOO OLD TO TRAIN. Too many emotional attachments. What happens at the end of this episode? Oh ALL of OSHA’s emotional attachment just got brutally murdered? Totally a wise “Jedi” decision to take her in for training to forbode emotional attachments now right? Don’t even get me started on giving a fucking child your laser sword to play around with especially with NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE HOLDING ONE. Good god this show is ass
