when I wake up I shower in cool water, slather on moisturizer from head to toe, spray in conditioner, oil my ends, rub castor oil into the lashes, eye drops, lip balm, & drink 16 oz water.
Does castor oil on lashes really work?
@@katierosealexander8132it has for me, after pulling out lash extensions lol my lashes were pretty much stubs. I started doing castor oil (when I remembered) at night &they grew back fast and full

This is last summer of my 50s, and October I will be 60 I’ve always been in pretty good shape but I came across this and said yes I want this this summer. Because I am 59 and the metabolism slows down. I’m giving myself 13 weeks to do this.I want to thank you for this sweetheart. I am old enough to be your grandma so let me say it this way. This 1000% I live in Mexico and in the epicenter of BBLS and skin bleaching at that. Now that I am taking care of myself with my fitness journey and staying in my lane beauty wise it has done wonders for my self esteem. None of the mainstream culture around phases me anymore and also the quality of men I am attracting has elevated significantly. This has kept the dusties away because my body signals to them “She takes care of herself and she won’t accept 💩 treatment.” You goddamn right sir 💪
Dude, I was gonna move to Mexico Tulum but I would’ve died there because the girls are so hot. Everyone is so hot it’s like too much it’s like a mini LA. I’m now I’m saving up to get so many plastic surgeries but I’m gonna get a consultation with Cindy Jackson. I was manifesting for someone to give me a consultation and then she came up and I was like oh this is perfect. I have to manifest a lot of money But I know I can do it

Gratitude for your body, especially after a Workout, makes you feel so blessed and beautiful. I give myself sucha big hug after and just thank God for my health. It feel sorta spiritual sometimes, everyone should try this even if it's just a mental note after your workout, you will feel beautiful trust me.

Last year I lost 40 lb by mimicking the lifestyle of my Caribbean ancestors (diet, walking 30k steps day, sauna- to mimic hot environment, did not buy too many items) I am always told how feminine and athletic I am and exotic I am lol. I have not paid my tab when I go out for over 6 months lol.
I use Naomi Campbell was Inso.. we are same height/ body structure (ratio) and her long blowout look has become my signature (I buy wigs she would wear)

@@user-ck5zl9iv9l in the morning before I drink or eat ANYTHING I have a cup of nescafe black coffee and I add lemon to it and drink it. It suppresses you appetite for HOURS. I only eat 1200 cals a day....but I eat whatever like pizza ..burgers junk food. I found the diet on you tube and tiktok, hope this helps✨✨✨

Really love the everything and bare minimum routine, I bought a gua sha, scalp massager, body brush etc and felt really overwhelmed thinking I’m going to have to do this everyday. But then I decided I will just use them on the day I wash my hair and have it as a sort of spa/pamper day
Love the 2 routine idea. It just makes things realistic. I’ve recently journaled about having a 5 min routine (5, 1 min things). Examples of mine were 1 min core, 1 min ankle mobility, 1 min knee strengthening, 1 min core, 1 min stretch. Just getting myself in the habit of doing. I will definitely be implementing the 2 routines for the high days and low days. Thank you so much.

You’re so right! My lazy routine is still pretty intense too. Exhaustion is natural. But a lite version keeps me motivated and from being too hard on myself 😅

Having a second simplified routine is genius! I usually fall off from my routine during that time of the month and because I'm not giving it my all I tell myself it doesn't matter if I partially show up for myself. I think it's better to just lower my expectations for myself during that time because like you said, the effort will still compound!
To get glassy glowing skin fast. Steam your face and neck 4 times a day this also promotes anti-aging. Also your anti-aging game seriously in a healthy way but run away from Botox and plastic surgery except for those who have any abnormalities.

I love the advice to pull inspo from those who have features like you. Im white, but i have very small almond shaped/hooded eyes so I get my eye makeup inspo from Korean and Chinese makeup artists that teach makeup looks enhance that eye shape (plus glass skin Hello!).
And the body inspo too-I have naturally large trap muscles and instead of starving myself to fit an “ideal “ I’ve embraced that I build muscle easily in my upper body and follow fitness models that reflect that look 🤗
You could also get eye makeup inspo from Blake Lively, Malin Akerman or Darryl Hannah. Im white with blue hooded eyes and these 3 have helped a lot :) ❤

Great video! I’m going to add nails to my list personally because I’ve always kind of ignored my nails. I trim them but don’t do anything else and they could definitely look better.

I was the same way and would occasionally paint my nails with clear polish. Recently I started getting my nails done with dip powder and not only do they look beautiful and I feel more polished, but the dip has helped strengthen and lengthen my natural nails. Plus it's fun and even though I keep it simple I get tons of compliments on my nails creativity! Currently I have hot pink nails with a thin french tip, my favorite style :-) I am so happy that I added it to my routine!
Literally just looking at myself before depression/trauma. I was banging back then. I’ve never gotten inspo or compare myself to other women. I only ever focused on myself and doing what I wanted to do.
I’m going to try and actually look for a woman as inspo. Just as an experiment. But I might just grab some pics of myself a few years ago.

I recently discovered how I can use AI apps to come up with my own unique "vision" images. I use my own face, hair colour, ethnicity, height, etc, and ask that AI change the features I want to focus on (longer hair, more toned aspects of my figure, even outfits). I find this to be the most realistic "goals" or "vision" I've been able to make for striving towards. Helps me from comparing myself to another completely unique individual.

That vision idea is something I really agree with and had to like wake myself up from- yes I might think makeup of certain cultures is pretty but absorbing ONLY inspo from those women made me completely dissociated from who I actually am and what I look like. Had to start getting some 'similar to me but glam' inspo on my feed to check back in with reality lol.

I wish I had made a bare minimum routine when I got sick last month. It really threw off all my progress. I know rest days are important to working out, now I think the rest days should still have some walks or light yoga because if you get sick it’s hard to really do a HITT workout without coughing up a storm. Make that bare minimum routine laddies because getting a cold then getting your monthly right after or during will just make you pause everything.

9:46 what gives me a confidence boost, is thinking about the person that hurt me. Think about if they work out, I work out harder. If they do a skincare routine, I do it better. I try to do everything better that they already do

as a hijabi no matter what ill have a nice body but still be dripping in sweat hey its all for me anyway
1. Grow out eyebrows (almost there)
2. Nail styling (they're very healthy as I consume enough protein, water, and biotin). I just want to shape them
3. Manage eczema on my hands
4. Clothes and general style (I recently lost weight so I'll be eventually looking into this)
I already use teeth whitening toothpaste and do waxing at home and get professional hair cutting/styling and skin treatment.
A bare minimum thing I do when I am exhausted- Makeup wipes in my nightstand so I at least get most of the makeup off before passing out.

This is too good not to share. How’d you know I’m trying to see my abs and clear up this cystic acne and hyperpigmentation. I’m committing to: working out 5 days a week starting tomorrow. Being consistent with my skincare routine, finding a dermatologist and not picking me skin. (That last part is sooo hard)!

Honestly it's kinda ridiculous but my self care has plummeted the older I get, probably the opposite of how it should be! So a big step for me was putting beauty care on my calendar for every Friday. It could be extra exfoliation or a mask, teeth whitening, shaving my legs whatever. Just some attention toward my physical appearance. It is helping but I have a long ways to go. Sometimes it's hard not to get discouraged when I see how wonderful my friends look, but ....is that what Botox is for?😅
