  • Another dashcam driving tour video. Part of the Spring 2021 Western USA trip, June 2nd, 2021. Day 3 driving in south central Montana. What a beautiful drive on Highway 191 along the Gallatin River, the whitewater rafters looked like they were having a ton of fun! I have to drive into the town of Big Sky next time. Drive virtually throughout the Western United States!

I hate to see the end of the trail on these country highways and roads early in the morning. Thanks for sharing.

I miss Bozeman! I used to drive through this same exact route to work and home. Sometimes, for groceries, laundry, etc

I’ll be moving out to big sky just south of it in about a week. Anxious to drive from Bozeman airport down south of big sky. Nice video my friend. Boy I’m just pumped to get out to Montana and see the mountains and live out there. You did a nice job with this video. Keep recording keep sharing everything in your experiences. You’re my educator something to watch on my flight over. God bless and stay safe brother.

Thank you for the kind words :) The Big Sky area might be my new favorite place, so many other tourist towns have been flooded with people but this area still has tons of room to grow. 20 years ago I liked Bend, Oregon then 10 years ago St George, Utah but they quickly became unaffordable. May it be many years before the same thing happens to the Big Sky area, I am hoping it is just to cold for most people. Have a great time there and enjoy the great outdoors!

I’ll be working about 20 minutes south of big sky Ranch ski hill. I’ve been trying to study local maps and elevation. History of the entire area. It’s just seems like there’s so much to do even though it’s in the middle of nowhere which is right up my alley. Do you have any idea what the snow pack is there right now? I live in northeast Wisconsin on the peninsula and we have maybe 6 inches but it’s cold. Send me whatever info you can or give me direction of where to study and learn what’s local. Take care my friend safe travels. I’d like to learn more about West Yellowstone to but I need to get settled and work first.

Big Sky has a 66 inch base, looks awesome! West Yellowstone is one of my favorite towns but now it is almost impossible to enter Yellowstone National Park from there on busy days, traffic backs up from the entrance into town. If you get there early enough it is probably not a problem. You will not run out of stuff to do in that area. Start a CZcams channel once you get there :) Oh, I forgot, the food and beer from Bozeman to Big Sky to West Yellowstone is amazing!

I have Raised a beautiful family in Door County, Wisconsin, the peninsula, north of Green Bay for the past 20 years. i've traveled overseas, both in Europe and South and Central America. I have seen my share, and I'm not that old, but I started young because I could not. I'm not wealthy. I earned it. Indoor county, it. A tourist industry where we go from 32,000 people in the winter to. 3.5 million people for five months in the summer and. And. You make hate when the sun shines, right? well, it's always, in most recently, been developing so heavily with outer income. God bless the tourists, but the ones that really **** us off are those that come here and build. And build massive homes take up the shoreline. Take up the view. Build condos. Expect service are rude because there's not enough employees to take care of their needs because they. Because they won't allow for. Employee housing in their backyard, even though it might be too miles away. door county is going to fail at. At some point, like many other places around America, because the rich want it, but they don't want it in their backyard. That and they only come here twice a year. what about the workers? And I'm not talking J ones. God bless them. I'm talking local employees. Most don't want to work anymore, because it's not worth the money. A lot of restaurants and businesses have been shutting down, which is bizarre and sad. I hope it's not like that in Montana. But I can tell it's going that way. i'll see it for myself soon. God bless you all. God bless Montana and door county.

BTW, on the peninsula. It can get down to minus 20 with the mean temp. But the wind. We just went through four days of a constant, 35 to 40 mile per hour wind and blizzard. Then just for the past three days, we got hit with another 3 1/2 feet. A month later. this is the time where it snows. Earlier in the year, it. It blows so hard. It knocks trees over, constantly. we go from minus 20. To 90 degrees so temperature and cold is nothing for me. Plus, I like to swim in Lake MI at 62 degrees or lower. What a rush. life is short lived tough live hard enjoy and be kind God bless.

You ask yourself how much construction is going on down this road. Let me tell you, it is insane! Between the growth ofBig Sky and the massive mega-mansions being built in the Yellowstone Club, it is bonkers.

Wow, I need to drive into the village next time. Must be a paradise for the people that live out there.

So if somebody could educate me, I’ve been studying the map and what I can find on the Internet that’s around north and south on 191. It’s insane up north in between a few businesses which is where I’ll be which is perfect middle of nowhere I know what encroachment is with people with money from out of town. Do I live in door County, Wisconsin and the peninsula. It is beautiful, but there’s very little shoreline left Because it’s all been over built by mansions and condos. That, and being in the tourist industry for food service and hotels, I hear the question where are all the helpers why aren’t they here? Well, there’s no housing and the answer is will then build it OK how about where you live their responses oh no, not in my backyard. The hypocrisy of money is it like that out there too?

Enjoying your videos. However your effort to your windshield is more distracting then any spot on the windshield. From our perspective we don't see any obstructions. Keep up the good work, Montana is beautiful.
