One day, when the surplus of vacant land on Russell Island is all taken up and the memories of the scam finally dissipate, prices will rise and Russell Island may finally experience its long-awaited property boom.

the only thing that will see the island properties prices boom is is a bridge is constructed. like it was always meant to be but will never ever happen because people want to keep the islands "unspoilt" by urban development. It doesnt matter what the residents desire, the ones on the mainland will always make sure no bridge happens

Lots of this is factually inaccurate - ferries are every half hour and take 20 minutes to the mainland not 15. There are too many mistakes in this to be taken seriously.
Ferries don’t run every 15 minutes…check your facts…
