You are most likely correct about a portal announcement if there are starter changes at QB, though I would like to believe that this staff is geared toward creating a better atmosphere than that. There has to be some kind of answer to the way kids are jumping teams (heading to the portal) so often these days. I understand NIL and stacking tape is the main reason, but coaches have to find a way to improve culture or atmosphere to negate those aspects that disregard loyalty. Either way, GBR.
