I prefer na yung placement ng shower duon yung water closet para seperated, pag may ibang gagamit ng bathroom hindi awkward.. and also para mag kasama ang wet area at may view parin. For the scale ng masters bedroom at bathroom parang ang liit ng walk in wardrobe. Pwede pang ma squeeze yung bathroom, hence yung unused space, para to give way for a more spacious wardrobe. But then again comment lang ito for the algorithm. Hehehhee… the host is very good. Classy, articulate and very enthusiastic parang si madam. 🎉❤ HNY
Almost $4m. I can’t imagine spending $4m on this. We live in Southern California, in the bay cities, a block from the beach with 180 view of the ocean. Houses around ( *houses, not condos) here have an average price of about $2.2m for the crappiest smallest houses. Some of the trendiest shops and restaurants are mins away by foot. That being said, aside from being next door to the greenhills scene, where I grew up, spending $4m on something like this is definitely NOT worth it. Lots of other nicer places in Metro Manila to get for $4m😕
