Kelly, my mom just started watching CZcams videos with me. She loves the one with the funny ladies. She and her best friend used to be the ultimate bargain hunters and garage sakes and estate sales before she passed. It’s too hot for get out much, so she enjoy shopping with you all. 🤣
Also, buy yourself some metal shears. They are easier to use then tin snips. They don't hurt your hands as much, and look just like giant scissors, and work the same way. You just might want to have an extra hand to hold the cut metal away from your hand, because it scissors metal just like a piece of paper. That's one heck of a paper cut if you aren't careful!
Thanks for the tip! Those tin snips were like a 1/2" by 1/2" all the way up....a very slow process let me tell you! I did it but I thought....there has to be an easier way to cut these when I was doing it!

Today’s video was a lot of fun. Love seeing other vendors at the Flea Market. It’s to bad where I live we don’t have much of Flea Markets. Ours mostly sell fruit n vegetables n some others who sell junk. Sorry to use that word but it’s the truth. It was really enjoyable n a lot of wishful wants. Thanks Kelly for taking us along. I love watching your videos. I have one concern to mention. I would have made the frames for the rusty tin tiles, a half inch bigger than the tiles. Yours looks like they are the exact size as the tile, but, some of the rusty edge of the tile still overhangs the frame. Someone could still cut themselves on the rusty edge of the tile.
Awhhhh, thank you, Joan!!! As far as, the tins….I’m pounding the tiles down onto the frame and will make sure there aren’t any sharp edges that will be hanging over, even if I have to turn the edge in a bit. Don’t worry…..I don’t want anyone to get hurt, either!!! I’m making sure!!! If you didn't find the value of the Roseville pottery vases...the best place to check would be the library..they will have several books with pictures of each piece..sorting by shape and color...just guessing I think they might be worth around $400 each...please post when you find out..enjoyed your videos!

TIN SNIPS... those are more for wires, the tin snips you need are like scissors on steroids!! They'll go through the tiles like butter! You can buy any hardware/home improvement store 🤩 but there is no way I could get rid of those gorgeous pieces 😂😂😂😂

I am curious how you repaired the legs on your dressers. It looks like you were able to build up the leg with something. My dog chewed the corner of a bench of mine. 😢
Hi Mary! What I did to repair the leg was use some sculpting clay and remold what was missing. I used Magic Sculpt which is an epoxy resin, so it's very durable. You could also fill it in with wood dough, as well. You can get wood dough at Home Depot. Hope that helps!

Hi Ellen! Well, for us....white sells!!! When we do colors....we have to wait for the right person to come along that has that color. So, if you want your things to sell things quickly....I always recommend to do a very neutral color such as black or white. Hope that helps answer that. XOXO

Today’s video was a lot of fun. Love seeing other vendors at the Flea Market. It’s to bad where I live we don’t have much of Flea Markets. Ours mostly sell fruit n vegetables n some others who sell junk. Sorry to use that word but it’s the truth.

I love watching your videos. I have one concern to mention. I would have made the frames for the rusty tin tiles, a half inch bigger than the tiles. Yours looks like they are the exact size as the tile, but, some of the rusty edge of the tile still overhangs the frame. Someone could still cut themselves on the rusty edge of the tile.
Awhhhh, thank you, Joan!!! As far as, the tins….I’m pounding the tiles down onto the frame and will make sure there aren’t any sharp edges that will be hanging over, even if I have to turn the edge in a bit. Don’t worry…..I don’t want anyone to get hurt, either!!! I’m making sure!!! If you didn't find the value of the Roseville pottery vases...the best place to check would be the library..they will have several books with pictures of each piece..sorting by shape and color...just guessing I think they might be worth around $400 each...please post when you find out..enjoyed your videos!

TIN SNIPS... those are more for wires, the tin snips you need are like scissors on steroids!! They'll go through the tiles like butter! You can buy any hardware/home improvement store 🤩 but there is no way I could get rid of those gorgeous pieces 😂😂😂😂

Just a thought with the framed tins - do you have to worry about it leaving rust marks on the wall? Does it need some kind of spray finish?
I am curious how you repaired the legs on your dressers. It looks like you were able to build up the leg with something. My dog chewed the corner of a bench of mine. 😢
Hi Mary! What I did to repair the leg was use some sculpting clay and remold what was missing. I used Magic Sculpt which is an epoxy resin, so it's very durable. You could also fill it in with wood dough, as well. You can get wood dough at Home Depot. Hope that helps!

Hi Ellen! Well, for us....white sells!!! When we do colors....we have to wait for the right person to come along that has that color. So, if you want your things to sell things quickly....I always recommend to do a very neutral color such as black or white. Hope that helps answer that. XOXO
