My lovebird only has one emotion: ANGERY.
Mine lovebirds emotions emotions are: BITING UNTIL THEY PEEL OF MY SKIN
@@anisamaraj4679this is so real😭😭
AN-GER-Y 😂😂😂
@@anisamaraj4679 mine too, exept for blue, he thinks my fingy is toy
You’re not taking a proper care of him
“Not only because of territory, but because she’s a bitch and thinks she’s the alpha”
Pretty much sums up what having a lovebird is like in that sentence
pls-
FOR REAL HAHAHAHA mine is a female and she’s always a b*tch, even though I’m very sweet with her sience she was a baby. She can lay on my shoulder and give me kisses, but I can’t touch her with my hands or fingers or she will bite me until I bleed and that’s something I can’t change yet 😢
@@zoeespinelllabiosa9539 you can always say: NO
I have 2 female lovebirbs can confirm haha
These are the reasons I dislike lovebirds.
I'm glad to know I'm not the only one that's laughs at my lovebirds when they fall like that. They're pretty graceful so it hardly happens but it's pretty funny when a bird is hanging out on your shoulder and they fall because they are sleepy and tumble down my chest and down my belly on my lap....that only happened once though he was like a feather wheel. His chirps said oh s**t, f**k I can't stop!
Lol same
My lovebird falls on the cage floof with a thump sometimes and it makes a really mad sound, then it chills out 😂😂
Its no joke when a lovebird bites
my lovebird literally bite me for no reason😰
Brooo so true, when you put finger over him, lovebird is like : you have chosen death
My lovebird bites evry single persion thats tuching her she is mean no joke
True
Omg yes! My mom used to breed lovebirds when I was a kid. I still have the scars 😅 Luckily, my pet lovebird today is the most gentle soul I've ever seen in a bird! She 'bit' me once (she was preening me and tried to remove a scab, which hurt!) When I reacted due to the pain, she was visibly taken back and was a bit afraid to preen me again 😅 but lots of kisses and kind words helped her gain back the confidence! ❤️
This was both educative and extremely funny and entertaining to watch, didn't expect that.
but it is so funny when loki want to take a shower she fall down from the drinking place to the cage floor hahahahaha
Is it now?
All I have is my tame budgies. A lovebird just randomly appeared in my yard today and seemed really tame, nearly let me touch him. I opened the window near the budgie's cage and it flew right in. The cage is huge and has a divider, so I put him in one of the divisions. It seems really chill and didn't even mind my hands in the cage when I was changing things to make it more comfortable for it. Now I am watching these videos to avoid making mistakes.
(Wasn't planning on having more birds but he is such a cute little birb and there was no way I'd let it starve outside so I guess now I have one more bird)
Congratulations 😀😅
I applaud your decision to keep him and to inform yourself on the particularities of this species.
Lovebirds are quite different from budgies. I guess you might already know, but I would like to add that they can be very aggressive towards budgies, so they shouldn't be near each other unsupervized. That's what I would suggest.
aw thats so sweet of you
omg a lovebird appeared in my house last week too :P it came back for two days and i haven’t seen it anymore since then, i was alr emotionally attached to it :(
@@ILiuHaBrO you have the same 😀😍 as me!!!!

That's why my upper size limit is now a cockatiel. No possible trips to the hospital to stop the bleeding.
@@irahays3869 well cockatiels are on average much bigger and two to three times heavier than any lovebird.
But in principle I agree that lovebird bites are much more dangerous than any other small to medium parrot. A lot of power in that beak
@@Ufthak I dont agreeeeeeeee
I hope you keep making these lovebird videos, it really helps me because I just became a pair lovebird owner without me knowing, it was really frightening but your videos are so light-hearted and informative! I hope your channel keeps growing ☺️
The way you describe her behavior is hilarious, but on point. Thank you
I’m lovebird-sitting and this is very encouraging and helpful- clearly, simply-stated too- which I think is really important for anyone’s first time with a bird
"not only because of territory , because she is a bitch and she thinks she's the alphal"
I laughed a bit too hard at that 🤣
Yes, our lovebird that we’ve recently adopted is just as graceful......😂💜
Hey I just wanted to thank you Because I have watched your videos before and they were very helpful! Now my parrot trusts me and i can tell that he really loves me too. I spend almost all day with him and he is very playful and healthy!
Oh dear lord thank you for this video, my bird has been constantly irritated/ mad since I got him and I didn't even notice! I thought he was just feisty. Thank you for this, I will do better.
This was both informational and humorous, thank you!!
Thanks for making this video, now I can understand my pet love bird☺️
I watched this whole video just because your accent is awesome, but now I want a lovebird! Great video! 👍

I'm still training my little guy, but not that intensive training. I just let him out, and he'll come to me while I work :) I identify these behaviours, so I'm glad I understood when he expressed them ^^ thanks for the video, very insightful!

AT Beauty scene Pakistan, I watched your video & commented.
First impression: that bird deserves better, the music doesn’t make it better.
Your accent makes this 10x more better 👌
These videos help so much and are very entertaining to watch
I love your accent, it makes this video even better in my opinion :)
This video was funny and sweet as well as informative
Bravo XD
My lovebird is afraid of hands! She does step up to me, but she'll always look down at my hand, just like where you showed a scared lovebird. She still does this after two years of stepping up without me moving my fingers when she's on my hand. She's very much a shoulder bird 🤭 sadly I can't give her scritches, but I found that kisses are the way to go! She even makes a specific sound when she wants kisses now! It's amazing! ❤️
Thank you bro I'm not sure if I'm getting 2 birds yet but you're so funny I subscribed and liked tysm man.
At 1:58 to 2:02 you completely described one of my lovebirds.

Great Vidio
THIS IS A GREAT VIDEO 😀😀😀😀😀
Thank You
Hi..i love ur accent and birds...
Thank you so much
Your video is great and enlightening! I have a doubt, two years ago a Hybrid Lovebird (green and orange) showed up at my house, he entered the Cockatiels cage and started to eat (he was hungry). Since then he has stayed with us and we love him, but unfortunately he is terrified of hands. He comes with us, climbs on our shoulders, loves to be around us, but is very scared of hands and fingers and always attacks when he has the opportunity. With great effort, we manage to slowly get him used to our skin, climbing shoulders and arms, but never in the hand and if you want to "catch" him, don't even think about it because he becomes an attacking machine. Is there any way to educate him so that he gets used to our hands? Thanks.
thank you
Thank you so I learned a lot
You are so welcome!

You are amazing
I used to own a parrotlet who are known to be aggressive and he’s been the easiest and cuddliest bird I’ve ever owned. But he sadly passed away and I’ve gotten a new friend the lovebird holy cow she’s been a whole lot harder to train she can sometimes seem friendly but then goes into guard mode and only comes when I offer some seeds slowly but surely I’ll earn her trust one day
Thanks
It is very helpful movie.
They are sooooo cutteeeeee
Cute po sir
I love your voice, it's very cute
Great video! Your accent is awesome 😎 I just bought a 3 month old boy 😍 I originally went to the pet store for an axolotl but didn’t make it past this beautiful lovebird! He was so cute, I couldn’t resist 😂
Name the bird Axolotl =)
thank you! i have 8 birds in a same cage so i can easly know what their feelings
Please suggest me to train one or both ? Your videos are so informative 👏👌
Id Loved That!
thank u :)
Hello! Thank you for the great videos! I noticed that you have a Budgie (aka parakeet) flying around together with your Lovebird. These birds are amazing (and beautiful!) and I would to have one. I have a 78x47,5x155 cm aviary where my budgie couple live. Do you believe that I can introduce a male Lovebird to the aviary without harm or stress to any of birds? I heard and read different opinions about this issue and it's a bit confusing.
My lovebirds also do beak grinding when relaxed. And my female Shkepaan likes to trim my beard :) So I took advantage of that, put an apple smoothie mixed with egg on my beard so to finally force them to eat some fruit. And my male lovebird Burek always kisses me when he wants to leave from my finger :)
1:56 LMAO THAT CAME OUTTA NOWHERE
Good
Thx
Any advice for plucking feathers? Mine has started plucking his neck feathers out :( I've picked up a whole new kind of food (expensive, quality), lots more fresh veggies/fruits, toys, and I changed the room around a bit. Going to bring him to a vet soon here if nothing improves. So sad to see it. Thanks, love your channel.
love the accent
Cool thanks!! Do lovebirds have tastebuds? Can they taste orange juice if I feed to them?
ok thanks 😀👍
love bird 😇🙏💖good
