Painfully accurate.
Dificult person
Yea, how dare he want to leave the life that made him feel bad and not being okay mentally and physically.

I was always under the impression they released CM Punk because he was incredibly difficult person to work with, doesn't make it right, but from a working perspective he seemed incredibly cancerous to work with. That said they did do some fucked up thing to him as well health wise.
Regarding Ric Flair, what I've heard throughout the years is that he ruins friendships over his ego, and it's always a one way friendship. Scott Hall was probably the most honest on what is like to deal with Ric during an interview.
Becky explanation of what happened seems to show that Charlotte inherited his bad habits.
8:47 “When Flair retired from WWE in 2018” Yeah I remember that, I’ll never forget the amazing retirement match he had against Dolph Ziggler at Wrestlemania 33.
Thank you! This guy clearly doesn’t have it all together. Triple H and Flair are still best friends. Look at my comment. It explains why.

Ric Flair comes across a 'what have you done for me lately' kind of friend
My personal feeling is, that he's always been that way. Ric Flair's best friend, is Ric Flair...and nobody else!
Which in his case what have you done for me lately really means how much money have you given me because ric is a financial degenerate who has pissed away all his money multiple times in the past hence why he had to go work for ROH for a short time in 2009 then had to go on tour with hogan during his 2009 hulkamania tour in Australia and ended up working for TNA from 2010-2012
@@jdg_5175 Ric Flair seems like he couldn't save a Dime, even if his soul depended on it!
@@ronaldshank7589 he live that playboy life style
@@kkingddraco Seems like he always loved that kind of a lifestyle. However, look at what it cost him. He's been married and divorced several times...and, to be quite honest, I wonder what his relationship status is with his Daughter, Charlotte, and his Son, David. I don't know if I could live the kind of life that he has. He nearly died several years ago, and still lived through that. Let's see what happens with him next...
When you go back and listen to the Punk and Cabana podcast from 2014, its sad because you can really tell they cared for each other and it was a true genuine friendship. Punk has always had trust issues that stems from family members trying to screw him over when he made it big.
Not just that but it really sounds like Colt really screwed the pooch with Punk and the ongoing lawsuit against WWE.
@@DeadmanInc336 what happen basically
@@eatyagrandmasgrapes3858 the legal stuff is very murky. But apparently Colt was trying to hang out backstage at WWE events possibly trying to get a job with them, as Punk and Colt were locked in a heated lawsuit with WWE. If that's the case, Punk's lawyers probably strongly recommended Punk ditch Colt. Which kinda makes sense.
It’s weird now cause the work on the same company and Jeff too must be a bit awkward
“I’m Team Punk forever!”
In the preface of Flair's autobiography, Triple H said the saying "never meet your idols" doesn't apply to his relationship with Flair. He went on to say that Flair ecceeded his expectations. Unfortunately, Flair made the phrase a self-fulfilling prophecy.
How so? What did Flair do?
@@Muhammadwasapedo Triple H was generous enough to buy some of Flair's championship belts from him because he was hurting financially. Flair somehow turned it around by implying that he was manipulated by him, and he should just return them to him. Not to mention Hunter went out of his way to speak highly of Flair publicly, until that infamous episode of "Dark Side of The Ring" came out. Flair is basically a "what have you done for me lately" type of guy. Virtually all of his close relationships have fallen apart, including his relationship with HBK (over something REALLY harmless I might add), and there's one common denominator: Flair himself.
@@ElmoKnowsWhereYouLive5150 , what was the harmless situation about?
@@pattywalsh5233 In Flair's ESPN documentary, HBK said Flair has a hard time turning off "The Nature Boy" persona, and just being himself: That's it. Flair felt Shawn was out of line.
Flair falls out with everybody he's ever met. Including HHH,HBK,and several ex wives 😄
Interesting that flair doesn’t understand why all his old friends don’t speak to him anymore.
I was thinking the same thing. If the common denominator in every scenario is you, then it's time to look inward for the answer
Why
@@jordanflores5687 why is it interesting why Flair literally said the same exact thing about Arn and HHH not speaking to him any more? Because that's Ric playing the victim card. He knows why. He just isn't saying why. His whole issue with Becky's use of The Man is probably just one of the reasons why HHH doesn't talk to him. HHH had told him to let it go as Flair had no trademark on the nickname, which Flair took issue with.

CM Punk cut just about everybody off when he left WWE which made it a self centered decision but hey, it definitely was his decision tho
We never got to see a Punkaroonie...
while it was probably impulsive I feel like punk only did it because at the time he was annoyed w the company. if people gave him space and just let him handle his emotions they probably could’ve stayed friends
I don't think so. Supposedly he is still good friends with Kofi and even Cena. It's just that the wrestling business is very strange. You go ages without seeing each other or talking to each other but are able to pick things up like nothing happened. It's very strange.
@VegetaOrAra I dunno. In most guy friendships, you at least hear from each other now and then. That doesn't appear to be the case with wrestling.
@@DeadmanInc336 idk about Cena. Punk and Cena always respected each other but i doubt their real life buddies. punk even said on the podcast back in 2014 he never talked to cena after leaving which would have been like almost a year.
I've met Austin and he's one of the nicest guys. The same thing has been said by many other fans and coworkers. On the other hand, Holly has a reputation of being an egotistical jackass. Fans and coworkers alike have said that about him. I would bet that the real reason Austin and Holly fell apart is because Holly started getting jealous about Austin's success and fame.
probably im guessing thats why holly start being stiff with people
@@naiemzamdin9823 I would have to agree with your statement.
I agree. Just like Charlotte Flair and Becky. Flair got jealous bc Becky is getting more popular than her

You should do 10 times wrestlers reconciled with one another. Examples include Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart, Goldberg and Chris Jericho, etc.

I thought we were gonna see a repeat of the Bret vs. Shawn feud when Becky and Charlotte had their backstage fight.
Charlotte would be the equivalent of Shawn, and Becky would be the equivalent of Bret...and sadly, possibly right out the door! I'm not an admirer of Becky, but I'd rather see her with the WWE Women's Championship Belt! I can't even stand Charlotte Flair any more!

The more I hear about Flair, the more likely it seems that he is the poster boy for “never meet your heroes.” I’d love to be wrong, but I almost never hear a positive fan report about meeting him.
this is no surprise he is the DIRTIEST player in the game lol
I met Flair at DragonCon one year along with Sting. I could tell there was a bit of friction with the two of them so close together again.
I want to know what happened between Taker and Mick Foley. Something definitely went down. They aren't even trying to hide the snubbing of each other. On Mick's channel he completely ignored the subject of Undertaker when news of Taker's induction broke. Foley acknowledged Vader and the Steiner's before and after the HOF show, but not Taker. And of course Taker said absolutely nothing about Foley during his speech. I want to know what's going on.
Not only that but Noelle, Mick’s daughter knocked Taker for not mentioning him during his speech.
Yeah that sucks

Lynch/Flair breakup can be attributed to the company itself gassing both of them up as these megastars that can't ever be touched. Hence they developed massive egos where one can't look weak against the other. Case in point being the shitshow title swap when they went off script
I mean they don't mind looking weak and putting over other people on the roster. Just look at Becky's last title reign and Charlotte trying her best to make Ronda look good right now. But I suppose you are right about neither wanting to look stupid against the other. It's just a really weird situation.
@@diabeli7242 If that was true, Charlotte wouldn't have won so many titles over much more deserving stars and Becky wouldn't have just won the title from Bianca in what was pretty much a squash.
I think that Charlotte is jealous that Lynch was able to go and have a child then come back and instantly resume her high spot on the Women's Roster
@@AzureRoxe I wouldn't call it a squash. It was definitely handled incorrectly, but look who has the title now. My reading of the situation is that they gave her the title briefly as a way to welcome her back since she relinquished it to go on maternity leave. Just a welcome back, congratulations on the baby title run before returning it to Bianca. That said, Becky should not have beat Bianca as quickly and one sidedly as she did on her return.

That CM Punk and Hornswoggle situation was about swoggle asking Punk for Hayley Williams from Paramore number. Since Punk is friends with her and swoggle asked him for her number and Punk was probably cautious to give that number to anyone and I don’t blame him.

Sad to hear Arn and Flair are not friends any more. As long as I remember, where Flair went Arn was there backing him up. Once WCW folded I assumed they stayed as friends. My personal opinion is Flair needs to grow up. He is not forgotten by not being the spotlight and could have been a hands on mentor or backstage to thousands of wrestlers. Instead he kept pushing to be in the spotlight taking time away from wrestlers in a company that failed the wrestlers by focusing on Flair and other over the hill wrestlers that show time of being well past their prime. I remember a program between Flair and Hogan that was just horrible, they moved too slow could not take bumps and the bumps they took had me wondering if they were okay due to their age. As for Punk does he have any friends or only when he works with them in the same company? Friendships are hard to come by and those who reached out to mend the fences, glad to hear they did.
There are at least three different accounts that I've read behind Ric Flair and Arn Anderson's falling out: (1) Ric was upset that Arn didn't reach out to him after Ric's son, Reid died. (2) Arn sided with one of Ric's ex-wives during the latte's divorce proceedings. (3) Arn simply grew tired of Ric's wild antics (i.e. the partying, womanizing, etc.).
@@TMC1982Part2 I honestly did not know, thank you for posting it.

thats why I never make friends or be close with anyone at my job, because it creates drama and in the end, its all about business.
I rather come in to work and set boundaries and do my job then go home.
Same here.
I wish I had the same mind set.
Arrive. Raise hell. Leave.
Same bro. Same happens with me in college too. Everyone is selfish, so I don't make friends, I work on my own and partner up with anyone in group projects. I stay on everyone's good side while being very mysterious to everyone.
Unfortunately, that’s hard for wrestlers because they spend pretty much, the whole year on the road so it’s easier for them to find confidants with alike ppl who understands their lifestyle. It’s why so many wrestlers end up in relationships with other wrestlers most times too
I love your videos
Flair loses his Flair over the past years. So sad to see him fall from his slick persona. LOL
He’s an insecure addict
Ric flair maybe one of the all time greats but hes now become the old man yells at clouds meme but irl its sad to see what he has become
He was and always been a man who lied and exaggerated his own worth. He was an incredible wrestler in his youth, and as he slowed and grew older, he kept relying on those skills he no longer could do. It became about living a character life instead of a real life to keep his head above water money wise.
Like he honestly sees himself as the best ever. As I said, he was good, real good, and no doubt belongs on a top ten of all time list. But the best? Nah.
You either die young and be remembered as a God, or grow old and die a mere man
Arn Anderson already spoke about it, and he said that they just grew apart. He said that one thing that made that happen is Flair's constant party lifestyle, and Anderson having more administrative roles in his later years.
I think the riff might be more serious than that. Flair quit their friendship when AA didn't even contact Ric after his son died, let alone show up for his funeral, think that was the final straw.
@@jeffjackson9679 That also makes me think something could've happened before then though

Raven had a reputation. And they didn't blame him for anything, they just didn't want Shane to develop bad habits.
It wasn't just from Raven, Vince didn't want Shane too close to the boys for various reasons.
One was that back then most the boys were still mostly academically ignorant carnys full of vices and other unflattering traits that no father wants their kid to have.
Another is that he feared that the talent could take out their anger with Vince on Shane.

@@Alvin_Vivian 2002 is when Trips _started_ becoming actively involved with Flair, lol. It's not that at all.
The biggest reason people fall out with Flair is because Flair does not want to stop being Ric Flair.
He wants to party hard & live fast til he dies. As you grow and age you acquire responsibilities and settle down. Flair never truly did, and doesn't want to.
It's akin to the guy in his late 20s who's still acting like a frat boy and partying, fucking, and slacking off rather than developing his future and making something of themselves. No one with goals and aspirations over 25 is going to want to be very acquainted with someone like that. So naturally, you drift apart.

The situation between Randy and Kennedy was definitely exasperated. Randy complained, not asked let alone demanded for Kennedy's firing. Now John Cena inserting himself into the equation is really suspicious. I believe it's Cena who truly got Kennedy pulled. There's no reason Cena had to jump into Randy's situation like that. Randy was definitely over and had hella pull backstage at that time after paying his dues early on, so Randy could've got Kennedy pulled on his own if he really wanted to with no boost. According to certain wrestlers testaments, Cena really did sound like Hogan backstage when it comes to politics. This reminds me of that situation with Hogan and Ventura back in the day when Ventura was schooling other wrestlers on getting payed what they were worth and understanding the value of their brands rather than accepting crabs in a bucket.
Yeah, i'm sure that Cena is gonna be similar to Hogan, where a lot of stuff comes out after the fact.
@@wandereringshadow8658 right!!!!!!!!!!! In fact, it already has. There's a whole list of wrestlers including exes who've all deadass told how Cena either got them buried, or just flat out fired. Every generation had those wrestlers who had that kind of stroke that granted them control. What's funny is Taker had that stroke all the way up until he retired, yet never had to sabotage anyone else's career underhandedly. For people like Foley or Taker to say something towards the repremanding let alone firing of another wrestler that wrestler really legit had to be guilty of whatever they would've said seeing it is no wrestler ever had anything negative to say backstage about them no matter who it's been over the span of their careers. That's really saying something. Kane's been the same way as well, nothing but praises. The realest and greatest never had to throw dirt on anyone, they let their abilities and personas do the talking for them.

@@samanthasims7123 right, but either way that's between him and Randy.
