Death Factory is the seventh campaign level in Call of Duty: WWII. An old-growth forest on the German border where Allied forces engage in devastating encounters. In the heat of battle, the German Army uses tree burst bombs that detonate at treetop level, showering soldiers with wooden shrapnel. When your unit is zeroed-in-on by hostile artillery, the forest explodes around you as debris rains down.
History:
The Battle of Hürtgen Forest (German: Schlacht im Hürtgenwald) was a series of battles fought from 19 September to 16 December 1944, between American and German forces on the Western Front during World War II, in the Hürtgen Forest, a 140 km2 (54 sq mi) area about 5 km (3.1 mi) east of the Belgian-German border.[1] It was the longest battle on German ground during World War II and is the longest single battle the U.S. Army has ever fought.

Call of Duty: WWII is a first-person shooter video game developed by Sledgehammer Games for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows. Leaked concept art for the game was initially found in late March 2017[4], a month before the official reveal on April 26th, 2017[5]. The game was released on November 3rd, 2017. Call of Duty: WWII is the fourteenth game in the Call of Duty franchise and Sledgehammer Games' second to be developed in a three-year development cycle.

TBH this COD game is good. I had this in PS4 and PC. This game had a lot of potential but Idk if it did well. Regarding the storyline, I'd say its a bit of a personal drama. Some guns are unrealistic specially in the DDAY scene. But the DDAY and Battle of the Bulge are the best campaigns. 7/10 game for me.

For me it is one of the favorites from the call of duty series and definitely one of the best ww2 game. I didn't like that it was a bit short, they could have added more battles.
