what kind of whips are those? I mean, the title say "sex toys" but... it's too loud to come from a toy XD. Are the some kind of cosac whip or crop?

It's hard for me to describe. It is a combination of a whip and a horse whip. The tip has short fringes. During sparring, it had to be permanent, not wear out. It's still used for sparring.
