This video was not made for chithe ectureldren nor was intended for their viewing. Ind this tutorial I use the beeswax on various papers and napkins. This gives the appearance and feel of parchment papers
What a fun project . Please don't burn yourself. And if you are having a heatwave in your area, drink lots of water and stay cool. We Love You Miss Vicky ❤
When I was a kid, my grandma used to make art with napkins too and I always wondered how she did it! Now I’ll make some in her honor ❤️ Thanks for sharing 🤗
@@cheerfulgreetings5535 Thank you Vicky! I saved your playlist about napkin tutorials to make a card for my mom’s birthday 😊 I’ll look for a napkin with flowers and butterflies like the ones in your videos. It’ll be a lovely memory for my mom and I since my grandma loved gardens! Hugs from Colombia ❤️🇨🇴
I've been stuck in a cycle of online negativity lately and your channel has inspired me to try out some of these techniques to make some nice things instead. Thank you so, so much.
My mom always says to me when I get into ruts of negative videos, negative people, etc, "if it doesn't make you happy, don't do it / if they don't make you happy, stop spending time with em." If you want to try out some new hobbies and see what works for ya, Hobby Lobby is a great place to start. A few, incredibly simple things I personally enjoy which might be of interest to start off with are: diamond art, scratch art [though I suggest scratch art from amazon, and a scratch art tool kit], beaded bracelets, and beginner needle punching. Diamond art is probably the best one, I have endless hours of mindless, easy-to-do enjoyment from that one. No skills needed for any of those, so no frustration. ❤
Very interesting, I like how it looks after you remelted the wax with the iron. I really like the dots from the double sided cardstock poking through on the newspaper esque print. My favorite is definitely the napkin over design paper. Love the lines behind the seashells. Thank you for sharing! Looking forward to seeing how you use these in future videos, have a wonderful day!
Yes but we live with one of our daughters and family. I try not to make things too messy when they are home. She would lit up ke for me to throw all my stuff away Using a rather is a great idea though.
Using beeswax makes the cardstock more pliable and translucent. Also you can make dsp or cardstock and napkin mold together as one. I tried to explain in vid.
Why would you comment something like this? Why not focus on the good? This lovely lady has unfortunately struggled with cancer and arthritis. However, she remains resilient and confident in her beautiful creations!❤️
@@megatronskneecap Don't you think getting 1000 negative comments about the same thing is pretty messed up? But go on, focusing on the negative is an easy lifestyle I guess
I am so glad you have perfect nails, hands, and arms. Thanks to cancer and arthritis, i am thrilled to be able to play with my art supplies. i guess I should wear gloves. Please look beyond the hands to what I am doing and saying and I know I don’t speak clearly any more
@cheerfulgreetings5535 I said absolutely nothing bad about you. I was not being disrespectful at all, actually!! I was referring to how adorable your thumbnail was. However, looking back, i guess I may see how that could be misinterpreted? To me, the "crying face" is when something is so cute. "i just can't take it," kinda like when something so cute you wanna squeeze it. It reminded me of my grandma who passed.. and of cancer is as well. Your hands speak life lived.... and well, I personally think that is BEAUTIFUL. Keep doing what you do ... I'm a fan.
@@jen-lnicole2043sorry. I misunderstood but if ok I will leave post up so those who criticize me will know why my hands are like they are. I misjudged you and I apologie to you. Having a bad day. I had cancer surgery done on my head. Again sorry.
@cheerfulgreetings5535 oh absolutely NO need to apologize. I completely understand, the internet is cruel... and hey, in hindsight, maybe i should have just stuck with a 🥰 face or something... Trying to be "trendy" with the emojis, haha However, thank you, though. I hope you do truly remember that your hands are beautiful, they have done many great things, I am sure... never stop doing your crafts. I have watched your content as ASMR to relax with before i go to bed. May you heal from your illnesses or at least feel less pain...and continue to do great work. You do inspire ✨️
