Just looking at sausage dogs in general!!!!
here's several tips on techniques to tidy up fast
Give yourself 5 minutes every day to tidy up
Give away something each day
Fill up one trash bag today!
Make a list of what to do each day this week.
Buy four sacks and sort everything into trash, give away, keep, or relocate.

You really shouldn't let your sausage dog go down the stairs! Lift him!!! I HAD a sausage dog too and she always went down the stairs alone... It's not good for them because of the long back... Last week our dog had a surgery and then died (age 3 years)😭😭😭 So PLEASE do your sausage dogs a favour and lift them up❤😭
So sorry for,your loss. And it's true, this kind of dogs should not often do the stairs.....please, ask your vet!

Great video. You made that 'Roman Chair' workout look so easy. I also use the Calm app on my phone, 10 mins everyday just to center myself, I have it set to rainfall as I find that extra relaxing.
I wish my "bright and early" is 7am T_T... I need to wake up "dark and early" at 5am 7 days a week

That is nice that you can walk to your gym! That would wake me up really fast on cold days. I have never though to look for turmeric capsules. I drink turmeric tea but the capsules might not taste as bad :)
