You had me with ATV trails... Too bad it's in Maine, I live in a slightly larger 4 bd cabin on 35 ac in Colorado, but no water or Trails, just tall pines and the trails I made..
Would love to be on a lake... Seems to be a fair price, not being familiar with Maine pricing..
