15-Minute Thai Drunken Noodles 🔥 (Pad Kee Mao RESTAURANT-STYLE)

- Pad Kee Mao (Thai Drunken Noodles) is better than Pad Thai, and today I will show you why!
Pad Kee Mao Ingredients:
- 225g wide rice noodles (8oz, 1/2 lb), dried
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 pieces Thai red chili (bird's eye chili), sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 stalks green onion, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 225g chicken thighs, boneless, skinless (1/2lb)
- 1 cup Thai basil, packed
Pad Kee Mao Sauce:
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp regular soy sauce
- 2 tsp dark soy sauce (sub with regular soy sauce)
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp sugar

Thanks Miss LookCatchu! This Thai dish looks phenomenal and delicious. Thanks also for the beautiful picture of the Solar Eclipse. I did experience the eclipse at the time, its changes into darkness and brightness and the temperature fluctuations. Although it did not get very dark in Mississauga, it was still an incredible experience. I did not get to see the eclipse, as I was not wearing protective glasses. Regardless I was hoping to see a picture and you've exceeded all expectations, your picture looks absolutely amazing. I had to go back and pause the video. I definitely believe your picture belongs in a frame, a postal card or the cover of a magazine. Great Job!

Hi, I'm back! Tried the kimchi noodles a little while ago, and it was ... interesting. xD (I think my kimchi was a little too old, so it turned out quite sour and pungent) Anyways, now I'm drooling over this one. If I can find thai basil anywhere in Austria, I'll give it a try. You really make all of your dishes sound so delicious when you describe their taste! :D
OMG ITS RAINBOWRACOON!!! I MISSED YOU SO MUCH!!! Yes make sure not to use super pungent kimchi LOOL but the sourness is normal! You can also use regular Italian basil if you can’t find Thai basil :) Italian basil is a little more mellow but similar flavour !!

@@lookcatchu yes, we have multiple food trucks here at the park on Food truck Fridays, plus there is an area where several food trucks park permanently. Too expensive for me too, especially when I consider I can get a buffet for a couple dollars more. My neighbor and I went to Taco bell recently and she got two meals for her grandkids and a drink for herself and it came to over $25! They all had to share. My usual meal there used to be $5, then $7.99, now $9.99.. it's getting so you can't eat out anymore
