This is the first video I’ve watched of a large commercial ramen shop. I laughed when I saw the fried rice machine but I can see why they use it considering the volume of orders. Looks like they have good quality control. Love the T-shirts. I find it odd but pleasant that the lettering is all in English. Thanks for the video and English subtitles.
What the hell is that supposed to be! The ART of COOKING! I wouldnt eat that! Especially not in a Country known for tradition, wisdom and attention to detail!

企業努力の賜物ですね。自動化による味のプレを極力無くすといっても途中に人間が関わる以上経験が問われるポジションが多い。やってることは機械でも使ってる食材は普通の店とは何も変わらない。

宮崎からかれこれ10回近く通ってます。一番すごいと思ったのは、あんなに戦場みたいな忙しさの中でも、ちょっとしたやり取りで笑いが起きること。そんなお店が不味いはずがないです。いつも昔味玉と焼き飯のセットです。この焼き飯だけでも来る価値があります。

以前に自動炒飯製造マシンの仕組みを観たことがありますが、その奥深さに驚きました。
大げさですが、古より美味しい物への飽くなき手間と追求に余念がなかった日本人の特性を誇らしく思います。
